Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Vendor Support

  • Developing a clear understanding of what FCS builds using BOM and drawings provided by engineering
  • Understanding the production schedule and purchasing supplies for delivery 2 weeks ahead of when needed

  • Tenacity to follow through on all parts to ensure they have arrived
  • Tracking standard stock, consumable items on a daily and weekly basis for purchasing

Job Description:
The position will be responsible for working in the process of cooling tower manufacturing. The position may work in various areas. The position may assume additional duties as assigned. The successful incumbent will be detail oriented, able to follow instructions well, and work well in a team atmosphere. The position may work in any station or operation of the manufacturing process.

  • Pull correct material for the job duty being performed
  • Clean part using correct cleaning procedure
  • Put correct sealant onto parts
  • Apply thread guard where appropriate
  • Assemble the designated parts correctly using a drill, impact gun, and wrenches
  • Operate a man lift, scissor lift, overhead crane, hoist, and/or forklift as required after Company certification is obtained
  • Use tools such as wrenches, impact guns, utility knife, drift pins, sealant tape, glue, staple gun, nail gun, and any other required tools/equipment safely and effectively
  • Proficiently and safely pick and pack parts for customer orders

The Role

This is an opportunity to own and build a support function at a company experiencing hypergrowth in the US market. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is for someone who sees a blank slate as an opportunity.   • Optimize the CRM/ticketing environment (automations, reporting, routing) and build out a self-serve knowledge base including FAQs and troubleshooting guides
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, translating support patterns and user feedback into actionable product insights
  • Define and track key operational KPIs and build automations to drive ongoing efficiency
  • Champion team autonomy and maintain quality standards throughout a period of significant scale



What We Need to See (Essential)

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or Operations
  • Experience in implementing modern support/ticketing platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Pylon or similar)
  • Proficiency in maintaining & utilizing ticketing CRMs
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in hypergrowth environments and build processes from zero
  • Comfort working across time zones (specifically West Coast)
  • Genuine alignment with the company's mission in women's and children's health



What We’d Like to See (Bonus)

  • Experience in a healthcare or regulated SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with building or scaling a support function at a Series A-C stage company
  • Experience with CRM automation and reporting

Package: $60-80 per hour
