Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Mechanisms/Test
Castelion is seeking an expert in the manufacture and design of complex mechanisms for our in-house hypersonic vehicle development. This role will work closely with design engineering and technician teams to build and execute on testing and validation efforts to keep pace with the research and development timetable of our products. You will be apart of a team responsible for serving as a critical node in implementing feedback from testing and validation efforts, streamlining designs and implementing manufacturing changes to quickly mature our products for flight testing and production. Desire for product and process ownership is a must in this role.
Responsibilities
- Work with component design engineering teams to determine the manufacturing and testing feasibility of products
- Operate as a standalone resource responsible for a family of mechanisms
- Architect, mature and develop testing and validation procedures for a wide array of complex mechanisms
- Generate concept proposals in alignment with R&D efforts to help attribute requirements gathering
- Down select solutions generated based on quantifiable vehicle attributes, system cost and weight
- Propose and defend solutions in engineering review meetings
- Develop and refine process documentation including build instructions, test and validation procedures, health and safety standards, and mBOMs
- Create, maintain, and communicate detailed production plans and schedules
- Work closely with supply chain to develop new and existing suppliers as needed
- Design, develop and implement production tooling and equipment
- Participate in design reviews to drive design for manufacturing (DFM)
- Oversee introduction and implementation of new products and manufacturing capabilities
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues and non-conformances
- Develop, mentor, and train peers and colleagues
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering, or other technical degree.
- 5+ years of mechanisms manufacturing, testing and validation experience
- Experience with operations/product line management
- Demonstrated direct or indirect leadership
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (NX preferred)
- Experience in selection, procurement, and implementation/validation of manufacturing equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mechanisms design, testing and validation from high volume production environments
- Experience developing comprehensive testing and validation procedures and the required documentation processes
- Experience in qualification and acceptance testing of complex aerospace mechanisms
- Working experience with capacity modeling, process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma and value stream mapping
- Experience in transitioning development processes to rate production
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
- Must be able to travel up to 10%

ERP Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid work environment)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead ERP implementation initiatives while also supporting presales activities and business development efforts. This role combines project management, functional leadership, client-facing presales support, and strategic system planning. The ERP Manager will work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, offshore engineering teams, and clients to design ERP solutions that align with operational and financial objectives. This role also requires occasional travel to client sites to support implementation activities, user testing, and training.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Delivery
· Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects from discovery to go-live and post-launch support
· Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
· Manage risks, scope, and client expectations
· Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery
· Coordinate with offshore engineering teams to optimize task allocation and maintain development quality
2. Presales & Solution Consulting
· Participate in client discovery meetings and requirements workshops
· Provide solution design support during proposal development
· Prepare high-level solution architecture and implementation approaches
· Estimate project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
· Support RFP/RFI responses and client presentations
· Partner with Sales to help close ERP-related opportunities
3. Business & Functional Leadership
· Translate business requirements into functional ERP configurations
· Advise clients on best practices in Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory processes
· Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency
· Align ERP capabilities with financial reporting and management needs
4. Team & Executive review Management
· Supervise internal ERP consultants and coordinate with external vendors
· Work with global/HQ teams on cross-border ERP initiatives
· Collaborate with offshore engineers to ensure efficient delivery and consistent implementation quality
· Mentor junior consultants and build internal ERP capabilities
· Communicate effectively with executive leadership and department heads
5. Governance & Continuous Improvement
· Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation readiness
· Provide client training and guidance to ensure successful system adoption
· Travel to client sites when needed to assist with testing, training, and implementation support
· Establish ERP governance and documentation standards
· Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
· Drive adoption of Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power Platform, reporting tools, etc.)
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of ERP implementation experience
· 2+ years of project leadership or PM experience
· Experience participating in presales or solution consulting activities
· Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
· Solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory processes
· Experience preparing project estimates and implementation plans
· Experience collaborating with offshore or distributed engineering teams
· Willingness to travel to client sites for testing support and user training when needed
· Excellent client-facing communication skills
· Business-level Japanese proficiency (日常会話レベル以上)

Wire Harness Design Engineer
Location: Long Beach California and Centennial, Colorado
Rate: $40/hour to $75/hour; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Contract to Hire
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates 3D harness routes considering bend radius, separation, and maintainability and manage technical trade studies.
- Generate electrical interconnect diagrams and schematics by defining point-to-point connections for power, signals, and data links; understands grounding and shielding principles.
- Interface and coordinate between various team members including engineering, program management, production and quality Create 3D models of harness designs using SolidWorks software.
- Analyze harnesses with applicable quality and reliability standards.
- Develop test equipment for IR/DWV testing.
- Design and integrate harness routing within the spacecraft and test equipment.
- Support production and quality assurance to clear obstacles and ensure build meets design intent.
- Develop BOM’s and work within ERP system for production coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or related engineering experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience with harnessing design and routing.
- Experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, NX or similar 3D CAD software..
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) as it relates to harness design (e.g., use of tools such as Cameo).
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel 20% of the time.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with SolidWorks Electrical and Routing.
- Experience implementing designs compliant with IPC/WHMA-A-620A or NASA-STD-8739.4.

Responsibilities
Surface Warfare Officers (SWOs) are involved in virtually every aspect of Navy missions. As a SWO, you may be in charge of any number of shipboard operations and activities while at sea, working with or within any of these specialized forces:
Aircraft Carrier Forces: Provide and coordinate air, submarine and surface ship defense for aircraft carriers.
Cruiser-Destroyer Forces: Provide ship attack and defensive measures with a wide array of missile and fire power capabilities, providing anti-air, -submarine and -surface warfare support.
Amphibious Forces: Embark and transport vehicles, equipment and personnel for amphibious assault operations.
Combat-Logistics Forces: Provide combatant ships with fuel, ammunition, food and supplies, and provide repair, maintenance and rescue capabilities through Fleet Support Ships.
Mine Warfare Forces: Detect, identify and neutralize threats from hostile use of maritime mines.

Work Environment
As a Surface Warfare Officer, you will work at sea and on shore, in a variety of environments. Sea duty could place you aboard ships within the fleet. Shore duty may involve a tour of duty at the Pentagon, a student assignment at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, or command and management positions at shore bases and stations around the world.
Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Unless they have already been commissioned through the Naval Academy or ROTC, those pursuing a Surface Warfare Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School. Newly commissioned SWOs can expect an advanced training process that includes comprehensive training at sea and ashore.
Newly commissioned Surface Warfare Officers will be assigned to a surface ship, leading a team of Sailors responsible for a component of the ship - anything from electronics to weapons to engineering systems. In this setting, Officers are working toward full Surface Warfare qualification.
After completing these initial sea tours, Surface Warfare Officers may be selected to serve on high-level staffs, commands or strategic projects or they may be selected to work in recruitment. The ultimate goal for many: to one day command their own ship.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian sector.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer.
There are different ways to become a SWO. If you're a high school student or an undergraduate, you can enter through the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) or through the U.S. Naval Academy. Those already having a degree attend Officer Candidate School (OCS), a 12-week Navy school in Newport, RI.
All candidates must also be U.S. Citizens.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving, whether you've served before or whether you've never served before.
Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as a Surface Warfare Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Surface Warfare Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Surface Warfare Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.
Surface Warfare Officers in the Navy Reserve serve in an Officer role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with this job, initial training requirements must first be met.
For current or former Navy Officers (NAVET): Prior experience satisfies the initial leadership training requirement - so you will not need to go through Officer Training again.
Officers who previously held a commission in another United States Military Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Public Health Service, or United States Coast Guard are exempt from attending ODS or LDO/CWO Academy.

The CSI Companies are seeking a Senior Facility Planning & Capital Asset Analyst to support long-term capital planning, facility space management, and infrastructure improvements for a large healthcare campus. This role will collaborate with hospital services, leadership teams, and planning groups to evaluate facility needs, analyze data, and develop strategic plans that guide capital improvements and operational efficiency over the next 10 years.
The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis, project planning, and reporting skills, along with experience supporting facility planning, capital asset management, or healthcare infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend weekly Capital Asset Management (CAM) meetings and collaborate with hospital service working groups to support facility planning initiatives.
- Conduct research using internal databases and planning systems to analyze space utilization, patient projections, and facility capacity needs.
- Develop formal reports and analytical summaries assessing the current state of hospital space, infrastructure, and operational support.
- Translate facility and space requirements into multi-year project plans, outlining capital projects and improvements needed over a 10-year planning horizon.
- Review existing Master Facility Plans and identify areas requiring updates based on operational changes or infrastructure assessments.
- Provide timely responses to requests for information (RFIs), calls, and email inquiries related to facility planning and capital projects.
- Assist with space management surveys and site assessments to document the function, ownership, and use of spaces across the campus.
- Support the planning and coordination of space relocations and departmental moves associated with renovations, construction, or operational needs.
- Develop visualization materials, briefs, and presentations for leadership, stakeholders, and external audiences.
- Participate in planning sessions to scope future infrastructure projects and identify areas requiring specialized technical expertise.
- Ensure planning recommendations align with federal regulations, facility standards, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in developing architectural and engineering planning documentation for campus facilities, including utilities and infrastructure systems.
- Contribute to pre-SCIP design planning efforts, including project impact assessments, space gap analysis, and infrastructure evaluations.
- Support the development of movement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to medical center operations during construction or renovation projects.
- Assist with cost estimation and budget forecasting for planned capital projects based on pre-design investigations and planning results.
- Participate in Facility Master Planning coordination meetings, providing analysis and recommendations for future capital investments.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions for complex infrastructure and facility planning challenges affecting campus operations.
- Support planning for improvements including building renovations, interior upgrades, utility systems, water distribution, drainage systems, roads, and campus infrastructure.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Architecture, Engineering, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Urban Planning, or related field preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, facility planning, healthcare planning, or related analytical roles.
- 1+ year of project planning or project management experience supporting infrastructure or facility initiatives.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies, including data mining, database management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
- Experience working with data tools such as SQL, R, SAS, or similar analytical platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare facility operations and Patient-Centered Care culture is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting master planning or strategic planning efforts within healthcare or commercial environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) required.
- Exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
