Job Description

Doka USA is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to support our Western Region, responsible for revenue generation, territory growth strategy implementation, sales personnel development, and overall price-quality performance. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who can effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, negotiate favorable terms on behalf of Doka, foster client relationships, and ensure projects are executed to the highest standards. This remote position is based in the Western Region and reports directly to the Western Region Director. This Territory Sales Manager will be overseeing activities in the states of Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, Alaska, Washington and Idaho.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Region Director to develop and execute strategic business plans that achieve short- and medium-term financial goals.

Additional Information

In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, Doka USA Ltd. is committed to providing a clear and equitable compensation structure for all roles. The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $160,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This range represents the base pay for the position and does not include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or other forms of compensation. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and in accordance with internal equity and market data.

This role offers a performance-based commission structure, allowing employees to earn based on their individual sales achievements. While commission earnings will vary depending on market conditions and personal performance, commission is not guaranteed and solely depends on the employee's ability to generate sales, secure contracts, and meet performance targets. Commission payouts are governed by company policies and applicable commission agreements.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop, update, and maintain A&P program curricula in alignment with FAA eCFR Title 14 Chapter I Subchapter H Part 147 regulations and aviation industry standards

• Design engaging and effective instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments to enhance student learning outcomes

• Work alongside the Vice President of Training and Curriculum and the Online Learning team to incorporate and implement curriculum new material and updates

• Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure courses incorporate the latest advancements in aviation maintenance technology and techniques. Teach specialized courses as needed and provide mentorship to faculty in curriculum delivery and for practical (lab) training

• Oversee and ensure compliance with FAA standards, including Part 147 eCFR Title 14 Chapter I Subchapter H Part 147 certification requirements

• Conduct internal audits of instructional practices and training facilities to maintain accreditation standards and FAA annual campus site visits

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the program meets all regulatory requirements

Are you a seasoned professional in the construction industry with a knack for accurate estimations and a deep understanding of fire safety? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Our company is looking for an Estimator/Project Manager to join our well-established team. This role is pivotal in helping us to plan and budget our projects effectively. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction industry, specifically in relation to project estimation, budgeting, and fire protection systems. Responsibilities:
A range of critical tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements.
2. Analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
3. Conducting risk analysis and providing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
4. Collaborating with Engineers, Architects, Clients, Contractors, and Subcontractors on project cost estimates.
5. Utilizing specialized software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam) for the preparation of estimates.
6. Designing and estimating fire protection systems, specifically Fire Sprinkler System Design.
7. Reviewing material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
8. Preparing and maintaining a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
9. Preparing reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.

Qualifications:
The ideal Estimator/Project Manager will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and other relevant software.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in fire protection, specifically Fire Sprinkler System Design.
4. Strong skills in project estimation and budgeting.
5. Proven ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
6. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW Experience overhauling and troubleshooting all types of pumps, conveyors systems, gearboxes, and other industrial machinery.

Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and repair.

Basic knowledge of lubricants and their application.

Experience performing rotating machinery alignment using a dial indicator.

Millwright experience.

Ability to weld carbon and stainless steel in all positions.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to work in cramped areas and at heights.

Experience operating cranes, forklifts, boom trucks, backhoes, and other heavy equipment preferred.

Applicant must have good communications skills (oral and written).

Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot problems.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals in English.
