As a Manufacturing Manager at Reliable Robotics, you'll be responsible for manufacturing capacity and throughput, factory development and layout, leading a team of engineers and technicians, and improving our manufacturing processes to meet design, regulatory, and business requirements (including safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery). This is a growing team of highly motivated people passionate about delivering quality products and services on time, with unquestionable value. You will have overall accountability for the manufacturing output of a broad portfolio of products, including mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electrical/avionics assemblies. You will also be responsible for leading hiring activities, managing manufacturing layout, equipment maintenance, optimizing manufacturing flow, ensuring tooling and and working with engineering on design for excellence (DFx) improvements. They also handle workforce development, production scheduling, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring to meet production targets. You are responsible for establishing the standards by which this team would operate, and for transitioning the organization from a start-up into a disciplined manufacturing organization. The projects you work on will set the foundation for how the business operates for years to come. Responsibilities

• Responsible for building, testing, troubleshooting/diagnosing, inspecting, and maintaining Reliable-designed mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electrical/avionics assemblies, harnesses, and interconnects

• Lead, coach, and provide technical mentorship to a team of engineers and technicians; write bi-annual reviews and manage the team's performance

• Lead hiring, recruitment, and training for the technician team

• Lead efforts to transition our products from engineering development to production

• Ensure design for excellence (DFx) is communicated to the engineering and drive implementations across all manufacturing areas to improve cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and achieve conformance to requirements

• Responsible for maturing the manufacturing factory and layout, including optimizing material flow, factory equipment (e.g., tooling, inspection, test, etc.) maintenance, tooling, automation, and business system

• Monitor and communicate manufacturing status and risks, and establish key performance metrics to meet manufacturing targets

• Partner with design, engineering, supply chain, and other departments to synchronize project plans and ensure manufacturing can meet demand

• Develop and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, quality management systems, and engineering change orders

• Develop processes to ensure accurate, current, and complete documentation (work instructions, inspections, tests, records, etc.) is utilized and maintained

• Ensure root-cause analysis is implemented and timely corrective actions are taken to maintain schedule, quality, and reliability

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering

• 5+ years of manufacturing, design, and/or testing experience

• 3+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, such as Altium, NX, and Teamcenter

• Strong leadership, communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Success Criteria

• Experience with assembly, machining, fabrication, soldering, Electro-Static Discharge (ESD), Foreign Object Debris (FOD), and test methods

• Prior experience in troubleshooting, repairing, setting up, and operating complex hardware in a safety-critical environment

• Research and Development (R&D) or New Product Introduction (NPI) experience

• Experience with industry or regulatory requirements such as AS9100, CFR 14 CFR 21.137, and/or 14 CFR Part 145

As a Sr. Production and Engineering Technician at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Production organization. This is a small but growing team of highly motivated people passionate about delivering quality products and services on time, with unquestionable value. You'll play a critical role in the build, operation, integration, test, diagnostics, inspection, and maintenance of highly reliable systems, including electro-mechanical assemblies, wiring harnesses, components, and subassemblies. You'll also help with the installation of those systems onto aircraft. Your work will support various product development phases such as prototype, research and development, aircraft certification, and recurring production. Responsibilities

Basic Success Criteria

• 7+ years of professional experience building and testing electromechanical assemblies, fabrication, integration, or mechanical assembly experience

• Ability to proficiently use a PC/Mac, Google Suite, manufacturing execution systems, JIRA, or equivalent tools

Responsibilities

In your role as an internal tool developer, you will develop applications, infrastructure, and tools used by engineering to capture product requirements and interface definitions, model the product architecture and design, and reduce and analyze flight and lab test data. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Automation CSV Engineer to support a complex automation system migration project at a large, regulated biotechnology/pharmaceutical manufacturing site in the California Bay area. The ideal candidate will bring deep, hands-on expertise in PCS and MES system migration, validation, and implementation, with a strong preference for experience in Rockwell and PharmaSuite environments.

This role requires a senior-level engineer capable of independently executing and leading CSV and automation activities while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute CSV and automation activities for PCS/MES system migration projects
• Support implementation, migration, commissioning, and validation of:
• PCS systems (Rockwell, Honeywell)
• MES systems (PharmaSuite, POMSnet)
• SCADA and PLC platforms
• Author, review, approve, and execute CSV lifecycle documentation, including:
• Validation Plans
• Risk Assessments
• Test Protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Traceability Matrices
• Validation Summary Reports
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, Data Integrity, and GAMP 5
• Manage and document software changes throughout the SDLC per site procedures
• Support programming, configuration, commissioning, and validation of Rockwell and PharmaSuite platforms
• Collaborate with automation, IT, QA, and manufacturing teams
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and deviation investigations as needed
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in CSV and Automation within a regulated biotech/pharma environment
• Hands-on experience with implementation, migration, and validation of:
• PCS (Rockwell and/or Honeywell)
• MES (PharmaSuite, POMSnet)
• SCADA/PLC systems
• Strong, hands-on expertise with Rockwell and PharmaSuite (required)
• In-depth knowledge of:
• SDLC
• 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11
• Data Integrity
• Computerized System Validation (CSV)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with S88 Batch Standard
• Experience with Rockwell software object development
• MES recipe authoring and testing experience
• Experience with Kneat
