Inventory Associate/Customer Service

Our highly desirable domestic and imported portfolio of unique wineries has been carefully nurtured and curated over decades. As a complement we partner with a highly regarded import company which features extensive listings of world-class French Bordeaux and Burgundy. Our current opening with our sales support team is for someone who:
ALL Understands and is familiar with wines
Exhibits strong attention to detail with all tasks
Communicates professionally verbally and on paper
Isn't afraid to analyze situations quickly while brainstorming effective solutions
Is Tech Savvy and is familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Photoshop
Knows how to create formulas in excel to maximize data insights
Provides exceptional customer service

Some of the tasks in this role include:

Inventory management, coordination, and purchasing
Actively tracking wine inventory to ensure product is available
Logistics coordination
Sales support
Updates Wine Portfolio via InDesign

Job Requirements

Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
This is an onsite position. The schedule is Monday – Friday from 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Education

Associate's Degree

Compensation:

$26- $29 per hour. Depending on experience
