Job Description
- Defend products liability matters involving asbestos, silica, benzene, and other complex exposures
- Handle personal injury and wrongful death litigation from early case strategy through resolution
- Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents

Position Responsibilities:
- Plan, check, set up, and operate, basic and advanced Measurement and Test Equipment (M&TE) and/or process equipment
- Use calibration standards (dimensional, electrical, thermal, and optical) to calibrate, adjust, certify, maintain, and repair M&TE/process equipment using approved calibration procedures, process specifications, equipment drawings, and M&TE /process equipment manufacturer's performance specifications
- Conduct routine tests, analyze data and document results

Position Summary:The Stationary Engineer plays a critical role in operating, maintaining, and repairing boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, electrical distribution centers, emergency power systems, and other essential mechanical systems that keep the facility running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain utility systems providing heat, steam, hot water, humidification, electricity, and more.

Construction & Engineering Director
Eaton Fiber is building a 100% fiber network to support the next generation of broadband services. We have an incredible opportunity for a Construction & Engineering Director to join our Construction Department in Washington state.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Work closely with outside vendors, 3rd party and internal teams to identify the best Value (quality, time, and cost).
- Implement new and/or execute current processes and procedures that aid in the efficiency of managing and expanding the network.
- Interact and represent Eaton Fiber with peering, transit partners/vendors and others.
- Provide technical support and project management for the design, acquisition, and implementation for all equipment supporting Network infrastructure projects.
- Work jointly with leadership from Engineering and Supply Chain/Vendor management teams.
- Establish, monitor, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of deliverables and supporting workflows in order to measure operational performance, as well as identify and assess areas of opportunity for improved process efficiencies and performance.
- Plan and analyze recommendations, work guidance or deviations in support of new OSP construction including fiber to the premises (FTTP) and any modern technology requirement.
- Must be able to identify issues that will cause delays and apply innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to quality construction practices and ensuring timely close out and delivery of the project schedule.
What we are looking for:
- BS in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Must have strong knowledge in construction techniques and practices.
- 10+ years of direct experience directing and managing construction and inspection crews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products, and Google Earth.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and structural reports.
- OSHA 10 or higher required.
- Valid driver's license.
