The District Leader (DL) position is an integral part of our organization.

- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions using evidence-based practices and your deep clinical expertise.

This is an excellent opportunity for an independent, motivated provider who is ready to step into a busy practice and quickly build strong patient relationships.
Position Highlights:
- Practice Setting: 100% outpatient primary care
- Patient Panel: Manage your own panel; not an assisting role
- Patient Volume: Average 16-20 patients/day, once at full speed, start with 8-10
- Visit Types: General exams, sick visits, chronic care follow-ups, occasional telemedicine visits during peak seasons
- Support Structure: Assigned supervising physician plus full team support
- Schedule:
- Standard Monday-Friday schedule
- New hires encouraged to work 5 days/week initially
- Option for 4-day work week once panel is full
- No inpatient responsibilities
- On-Call: Light rotation, every 10 weeks, after-hours and weekends
Qualifications:
- 1?2 years of experience in family practice or internal medicine preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
