As a business professional, you will be accountable by the goals and P&L related to your customers, and you will plan and execute your routine, aiming to improve their positive experience with us, as well as our financial results.


You will lead the business with speed and sense of urgency, being the “owner” of your customers inside our organization, mapping new opportunities to increase market share and contribution margin.


This position must have a good balance of business and technical skills in order to deal with B2B customers, defining the strategy for your accounts and having the ownership to transform such strategy into reality. You must enjoy spending time to understand the market, their needs and finding innovative and profitable solutions.


You will have clear sales goals and will be charged to make it happen according to the business strategy, dealing with short- and long-term sales forecast, prices, opportunity pipeline management as well as managing new projects with your customers (timeline, scope, implementation and success criteria).




Responsibilities


  • Travel to assigned accounts / sales territory to develop and/or maintain OEM accounts
  • Generate interest in our products, quote, sample, and close on new business
  • Properly size, specify and present products for different types of Commercial Appliances equipment.
  • Be part of trade shows (either as an exhibitor or attendant) and customer organized events
  • Work with and be able to effectively communicate with different groups (i.e. buyers, engineers, executives, etc.)
  • Learn competitors strengths and weaknesses
  • Solicit forecasts and develop business plans for major accounts

- $40 an hour Medical, Dental, Vision + 401K Job Details Job Description POSITION: Maintenance Technician EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time PAY RANGE: $30.50 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience) SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing both scheduled and day-to-day maintenance activities to support safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in a modern food manufacturing facility.

This role involves setting up, adjusting, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated production equipment across multiple functional areas, including processing, packaging, warehousing, quality, and sanitation.

All work is performed in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, food safety standards, and company policies, with a strong emphasis on workplace safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment such as mixers, conveyors, compressors, motors, pumps, and related machinery.

Diagnose, repair, or replace electrical control components including switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, and motor starters.

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical power systems.

Utilize PLC-based control systems to diagnose and correct equipment issues; read and interpret ladder logic and use PLC software tools as required.

Complete work orders, inspections, adjustments, and preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.

Collaborate closely with production, quality, and refrigeration teams to identify, resolve, and prevent equipment and process issues.

Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, ohm meters, and meggers to troubleshoot electrical systems.

Communicate maintenance activities, equipment status, and issues clearly to maintenance leadership.

Cross-train maintenance and production personnel to ensure adequate technical coverage across shifts.

Assist leadership with developing standard operating procedures, maintenance standards, and duty cycles for processing and packaging equipment.

Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, plans, and technical documentation.

Participate in safety initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Actively participate as a member of the facility safety team.

Support departmental goals related to safety, quality, and equipment reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent required.

Technical school training or PLC certification preferred.

Experience & Technical Skills Required working knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, mechanics, and basic power systems.

Experience in food manufacturing or packaging environments preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Manufacturing plant environment with frequent exposure to machinery and production processes.

Regular standing, bending, climbing, and working around equipment indoors and outdoors.

Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.

INTERACTIONS Works closely with internal employees across operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams.

May interact with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed.

Procurement Engineer (Primetals Technologies USA LLC) – Alpharetta, GA Duties: Ensuring effective execution of major projects as they relate to procurement, and work with cross-functional partners to optimize and grow business.

Participating in project/sales meetings as project core team member to exert a shaping influence at an early stage; determining best costs for go to market; optimizing supply base; optimizing internal workflows and processes; creating project procurement concepts and plans.

Analyzing inquiries during bid preparation/opportunity management phase ; understanding th e customer’s functional needs, in order to include supplier innovations that improve cost positions and customer benefits.

Supporting project calculations with reliable material cost data.

Initiate the Project Procurement Plan to document baseline information.

Clarifying internal indicators for project controlling and compiling all relevant information to submit qualified reports (e.g.

for the project team, procurement management team).

Providing supplier information to the project and conducting project-specific supplier evaluations.

Identifying particular procurement risks, opportunities and market forces during the project, together with commodity management, to avoid potential damage and identify potential opportunities through tailored risk and claim management.

Keep all project participants up to date.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field and 1 year of experience in procurement of electrical equipment or related experience.
