A leading Tier 1 general contractor specializing in mission-critical construction is seeking a CSA Superintendent to join its data center construction team in San Jose.
The CSA Superintendent will oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes on a large-scale data center project, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This role will work closely with project management and MEP teams in a fast-paced construction environment typical of hyperscale data center builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily CSA construction activities including civil works, structural concrete, steel, and architectural packages.
- Coordinate subcontractors and field crews to maintain schedule and productivity.
- Work closely with project management and MEP teams to ensure smooth sequencing of work.
- Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain daily site reports and participate in coordination meetings.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of construction experience, ideally in a field supervision or site leadership role.
- Experience working on large commercial, infrastructure, or mission-critical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination.

About the role
Team Credo is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Assistant to support all aspects of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This role includes managing shipping materials, coordinating with internal teams and carriers to resolve shipment issues, and completing order fulfillment in the system to ensure a smooth quarter‑end close.
