What You’ll Do
Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) implementations, acting as the functional lead for the Projects workstream throughout complex engagements.
- Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.

What You Bring
- 6–10+ years of ERP implementation experience

The Subscription Data Operations Lead will join the Sunscription team and play a critical role in supporting contract execution, allocation accuracy, and financial closings by serving as the central owner of subscription data and documentation.
Position Description
The Subscription Data Operations Lead serves as the primary data input and coordination point for community solar subscriptions. This role owns the accuracy and flow of information across allocation spreadsheets, executed contracts, utility documentation, and internal systems.
The position requires strong execution within US Solar’s current Excel based allocation and mail merge workflows, while also supporting improvements to automation, documentation, and reporting processes over time. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of subscription data across allocation spreadsheets, contracts, utility documentation, and internal platforms.
- Execute and maintain Excel based allocation models and mail merge workflows used to generate contracts and supporting documentation.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy between modeled allocations, executed agreements, and utility records through regular validation and reconciliation.
- Administer the execution and recording of commercial subscription agreements and associated costs to support long term contract management, cost, and revenue tracking.

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with 8 to 10 years of managing delivery of advanced applications for mobile platform.
Hands-on experience in mobile software development

A Day in the Life:
Own end-to-end delivery of an assigned mobile software release
Translate product features and requirements into structured, execution-ready backlogs and user stories
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and overall release planning
Approve and accept completed work in the ALM system using technical and quality judgment
Apply technical judgment to evaluate approaches, challenge assumptions, and ensure architectural alignment and quality
Partner with Product Engineering, Development, and Test Leads to ensure scope clarity, accurate task breakdown, and alignment with product intent
Support prioritization discussions and maintain alignment with product strategy and system dependencies
Identify risks and dependencies and drive mitigation plans
Track delivery metrics and drive execution discipline across development and test teams
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to leadership
Ensure compliance with quality systems and software lifecycle processes

This position requires someone practiced at client-facing project estimation and execution to budget, and comfortable engaging in fast-paced, technical discussions with experienced engineers and decision-makers.
Role Overview
50% – Advanced Simulation (Hands-On) with ANSYS
- Nonlinear FEA (contact, plasticity, fasteners), including fatigue
- Dynamics (shock & vibration)
- Thermal analysis
- CFD experience helpful but not required
You should be comfortable building, defending, and clearly explaining complex models — not simply operating software.
25% – Technical Oversight & Method Integrity
- Write SOWs based on customer conversations, balancing project goals, cost, and risk, and identify creative cost-effective pathways to achieve technical objectives.
- Ensure rigor and error assessment across multiple physics domains (fatigue, plasticity, abrasion, dynamics, thermal, CFD, DEM, implicit methods, etc.)
- Leverage AI tools where appropriate to improve workflow and insight
Success in this role requires strong engineering judgment, the ability to synthesize information quickly, and respond clearly during live technical discussions.
25% – Operational & Business Leadership

Compensation & Structure
This is a full-time, hybrid (remote & in-office in Minneapolis, MN) position with schedule flexibility. Compensation structure is flexible for the right candidate and may include:
