Brooksource is supporting a major integration initiative involving the onboarding of a recently acquired business onto an existing enterprise platform. As part of this effort, all net-new reporting will be built using Power BI, while existing reporting in Tableau, Business Objects, or OBIEE will be lightly supported to ensure consistent data flow. This developer will support the reporting workstream tied to the acquisition, operating within a structured waterfall methodology and leveraging Lean Spec documentation.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer who can independently design, build, and deliver enterprise-level reporting solutions as Brooksource supports our client's integration initiatives. This consultant will own Power BI development end-to-end and help guide best practices, as Power BI is a growing platform within the environment. The role involves close collaboration with business pods, technical leads, and integration teams to translate requirements into reliable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports based on documented Lean Specs
• Convert business requirements into structured reporting deliverables within a waterfall framework
• Leverage existing data pipelines to expose required fields and build accurate, meaningful reporting
• Provide light support for existing reporting in Tableau, OBIEE, or Business Objects (data flow inspection, filter checks, troubleshooting)
• Participate in SIT and UAT cycles to validate reporting output and ensure successful rollout

Job Overview:

The Opportunity

The Legal & Environmental Development Associate expands the Land Bank's internal legal capacity while embedding legal judgment in complex real estate, redevelopment, and environmental remediation projects. Reporting to the in-house Corporate Counsel, this role provides hands-on exposure to real estate transactions, public funding compliance, and brownfield remediation strategy without the billable hour model of private practice. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and develop practical legal and project experience in redevelopment and environmental work.

The ideal candidate is a law school graduate or early-career attorney motivated by public interest work, energized by complex problem-solving, and eager to apply legal analysis within redevelopment and environmental projects that directly impact neighborhoods.

The Position - Essential Responsibilities and Functions

• Provide first-line legal support for real estate, redevelopment, and environmental projects under the direction of Corporate Counsel.
• Draft and review routine contracts and legal documents, including professional services agreements, NDAs, amendments, and grant-related documents.
• Support real estate transactions through title review coordination, diligence tracking, issue spotting, and risk analysis.
• Assist with Board resolutions, internal approvals, and governance documentation tied to property disposition and funding.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research related to land bank operations, procurement, environmental remediation, and public funding compliance.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on discrete matters, including scoping, document preparation, and information flow.
• Manage Environmental and Remediation Workstreams
• Identify and pursue federal, state, and philanthropic funding sources for environmental assessment and remediation projects.
• Support the structuring of remediation initiatives by defining scope, sequencing, budget assumptions, and risk parameters.
• Lead procurement processes for environmental consultants and remediation service providers, including RFP development and compliance review.
• Serve as internal project lead for assigned remediation engagements, managing consultants and monitoring regulatory and funding compliance.
• Integrate environmental considerations into broader redevelopment and disposition strategies to reduce risk and accelerate reuse.

This role is embedded in real transactions and redevelopment decisions. It is focused on risk, structure, and compliance, not construction supervision or administrative coordination.

Qualifications

Required:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Admission to the Ohio Bar or intent to sit for the Ohio Bar within 12 months of hire)
• Exposure to environmental law or environmental due diligence work, such as Phase I or Phase II environmental site assessments, compliance matters, or contaminated property issues
• Experience with professional services agreements, consultant contracts, NDA's, amendments, and grant documentation
• Excellent legal analysis, risk identification, and regulatory research
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, identify legal risk, and appropriately escalate issues

Preferred:

• Environmental Remediation / Brownfield Experience (brownfield redevelopment, contaminated site remediation, environmental cleanup programs)
• Real Estate / Redevelopment Exposure
• Grant / Public Funding Compliance
• Experience in government, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving regulatory or funding complexity
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical subject matter beyond traditional legal practice
• Interest in or exposure to land use or infrastructure development

Compensation

$80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Overview

The Client Partner will own and grow the strategic relationship with a marquee Automotive client. This role combines P&L ownership, consultative account management, executive stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation leadership. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding service lines, and positioning the firm as a trusted long‐term partner across IT, engineering, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Ownership & Strategy

• Serve as the strategic business leader for the Automotive account, owning the overall relationship and account vision.
• Develop and execute a multi‐year account growth strategy across digital engineering, cloud, data/AI, applications, infrastructure, and industry solutions.
• Lead account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive alignment.

2. Revenue, Growth & P&L Management

• Own the P&L, revenue, margins, and growth targets for the account.
• Drive new business opportunities through proactive solutioning, pursuit leadership, and cross‐selling service lines.
• Ensure financial health through disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and delivery governance.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain key relationships across IT, engineering, supply chain, connected vehicles, manufacturing, and digital domains.
• Act as the primary escalation point and champion the client's goals internally.
• Strengthen customer satisfaction and long‐term engagement through value delivery.

4. Delivery Oversight & Quality Assurance

• Partner with delivery leaders to ensure flawless execution, on‐time delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
• Ensure programs meet compliance, quality, KPIs, and transformation goals.
• Govern large programs across application modernization, cloud, data/analytics, and engineering services.

5. Domain & Industry Expertise

• Bring strong knowledge of the Automotive industry, including connected vehicles, manufacturing modernization, supply chain, and digital retail.
• Advise clients on emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation.

6. Internal Leadership

• Lead large cross-functional teams across consulting, delivery, sales, and solutions.
• Mentor account teams and partner with global capability units to bring best-in-class solutions.
• Drive compliance, risk management, contract adherence, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 18–20+ years of experience in IT consulting or technology services.
• Proven success as a Client Partner / Account Director / Engagement Leader managing large accounts.
• Strong Automotive client experience — OEM, Tier‐1, or mobility ecosystem.
• Demonstrated capability in P&L management, account expansion, and large deal shaping.
• Ability to engage confidently with C-suite leaders and influence decision-making.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, data/AI, modernization, engineering services, and managed services models.

• Conduct railcar and train movements; signal crew members for movement of the engine or train using lantern, hand, and/or flag signals or radio to indicate when to start, stop, back up, or set or release air brakes

• Observe, interpret, and relay arm, lantern or radio signals and all other indications affecting movement of a train

• Operate track switches (visually check switch condition and direction) to change the direction of the engine or cars within yard limits or on the main railroad; apply or release hand brakes to switch or perform other duties

• Inspect the condition of the train and equipment in movement and while stationary

• Couple air connections between railcars and railcar movers when making up trains

• Assist with other projects and perform other duties as assigned

• Ensure compliance with all train orders, signals, and railroad rules and regulations for safety, operations, and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)

• Monitor track conditions and report any issues

• Perform ER checks utilizing technology in the form of a tablet and/or computer for all arriving and departing trains

• Follow OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.

• High school/GED education completed, higher education is a plus

• Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds

• Minimum 1 year of rail conducting experience
