A growing manufacturing operation is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily plant operations and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. This role is responsible for directing a unionized workforce, meeting production schedules, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve operational goals
