Day to day:

The Job captain will be responsible for various projects that are in different phases of the production work flow and need to be completed by meeting project schedules, budget and quality standards. Will be managing the projects related to the permit sets, construction documents, master set construction documents, maintenance/creation and filling permit orders. Will be collaborating with counterparts in other groups such as Design and Engineering. Must be comfortable with a quick turn around time and able to manage the high volume. This role will NOT include designing

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in manufacturing/QA preferred
• Knowledge of CMM Manager a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in precision inspection roles
• Experience using MCOSMOS; QVPAK and MeasureLink strongly preferred
• Proficient in interpreting GD&T and engineering-level drawings
• Skilled with precision measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office software
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs repetitively

• Perform First Article Inspections and create FAIR reports
• Handle complex and critical part inspections using CMM and precision manual tools

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on Splunk platform administration

Active Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin and/or Splunk ES Certified Admin certification

Experience managing Splunk in AWS / Azure / GCP environments

Strong knowledge of SIEM operations, log management, and event correlation

Advanced SPL (Search Processing Language) skills

Experience with Splunk components:

• Indexers

• Search Heads

• Heavy/Universal Forwarders

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end administration of Splunk Enterprise Security

Design & manage notable events, risk-based alerting, and threat intelligence integrations

Build and optimize correlation searches, dashboards, and investigations

Onboard enterprise log sources and ensure CIM compliance

Support PCI DSS, SOX, and NIST CSF audit and reporting requirements

Monitor environment health: indexing, search performance, forwarders, licensing

Maintain documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides

Serve as the escalation point for complex Splunk issues

Collaborate with security architecture teams to enhance the overall security ecosystem

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and systems used in production operations. This role requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to work independently while supporting equipment reliability on the manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing line equipment, including molding equipment, conveyor systems, and other production machinery.
• Diagnose equipment problems using work orders, technical documentation, and discussions with operators.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, testing, and repairing equipment.
• Inspect industrial equipment for proper installation, assembly, and potential defects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Repair or replace defective components including seals, gaskets, and other mechanical parts.
• Calibrate testing instruments and equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and calibration documentation.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate repair or replacement as needed.
• Study blueprints, schematics, and service manuals to determine installation and repair procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and technical teams to resolve equipment issues.

Seeking a Buyer responsible for sourcing parts, equipment, and materials by developing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance; obtaining required items, verifying receipt, authorizing payment, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and verify all transactions.
• Handle correspondence related to shipment discrepancies, delivery shortages, quantity changes, delivery dates, and pricing; report changes to relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager on RFQ/RFP issuance.
• Serve as liaison between suppliers and internal departments to resolve procurement-related issues.
• Process non-conforming material and RMA requests with supply chain partners.
• Maintain inventory levels consistent with management-defined targets and goals.
• Ensure accuracy of commodity code data within the ERP system, including lead times, pricing, supplier information, and purchase order data.
• Monitor and maintain ERP inventory parameters (minimum, maximum, safety stock levels) and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Track supplier performance against delivery schedules and specifications; maintain records of supplier communications and performance.
• Support team objectives by completing additional job-related tasks as needed.
• Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to make timely, effective decisions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• CPM or APICS certification desirable.
• 5+ years of procurement experience including purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of MRP processes; ERP system experience a plus.
• Contract manufacturing experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of import freight and logistics.
• Strong experience procuring electronic components, reading technical specifications, and collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
• High attention to detail.
• ERP system experience (e.g., Epicor or equivalent).
• Manufacturing background.
