Comprehensive Compensation: We offer a competitive full-time salary package in the range of $120,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on experience and location, along with comprehensive benefits.

Growth Environment: You will be leading compliance initiatives and audits (including SOC 1/SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NACHA, and GLBA/BSA/AML) in a challenging FinTech environment, reporting directly to the Director of Compliance.

Job Details The Compliance Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing corporate compliance programs and operationalizing control standards across our technology platform.

The ideal candidate blends deep regulatory knowledge with a strong technical understanding and proven audit experience.

Key Responsibilities Include: Regulatory & Corporate Compliance: Oversee compliance with TSR, GLBA, UDAAP, FTC/CFPB, BSA/AML, and state-level financial service regulations.

Maintain and continuously enhance the Compliance Management System (CMS).

Audit Management (Internal & External): Lead pre-audit planning and readiness for external audits (e.g., SOC, ACH, AML).

Plan, lead, and execute internal audits, track remediation of all findings, and coordinate control testing with engineering, security, and finance teams.

Technical Compliance & Security: Partner with technical teams to align control implementation with SOC 2 Trust Principles, NIST CSF, and CIS v8.

Support cloud-environment compliance (AWS, GCP).

Oversee vendor risk management, including third-party SOC report review.

Qualifications and Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree.

5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management within the FinTech or payment-processing industries.

Minimum of 3 years as a manager or team lead for the compliance function.

Proven experience leading internal and external audits, including SOC 1/SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ACH, BSA/AML, or similar frameworks.

Familiarity with federal and state financial services regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, Regulation E, TSR, UDAAP/UDAP, OFAC).

Understanding of cloud security principles and Privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR/CCPA implications).
