Required Experience Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 4 years of overall Logistics/Transportation relevant experience OR at least 8 years of overall Logistics/Transportation relevant experience with focus on private fleet operations 5 years’ experience in managing a multi-site private fleet or large regional/local fleet Direct experience coaching, mentoring and training staff including hourly drivers, administrative, supervisors, and managers.
Direct field operational experience working with and developing relationships with drivers.
Experience applying knowledge of cost components in motor carrier operations.
Experience with route optimization, electronic proof of delivery, electronic logging device software/hardware, and all private fleet regulatory requirements.
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (across the United States).
Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics, or related areas of study.
