General Summary of Position
Oversees the operation of the Boilers and Chiller Plant and associated equipment ensuring the efficient operation during assigned shift. May be required to lead or assist with regular maintenance or emergency repairs to the boilers chillers and/or related equipment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversees/monitors the operation of the Chiller Plant during assigned shift. Ensures the systems are operating at best possible performance levels.
* Performs regular maintenance/repairs to the Chiller Plant such as appropriate during shift reporting larger/ more complicated needs to the Forman or Power Plant Engineer I for action by the maintenance crew.
* Assists the maintenance/repair crew with scheduled and emergency repairs to the boilers generators chillers and related Facilities Management equipment.
* Ensures that assigned areas are operating within all applicable Hospital federal and local governing codes standards and regulations including but not limited to: OSHA NFPA The Joint Commission and Fire and Life Safety practices.
* Learns and remains current with the latest applicable federal and local governing codes standards and regulations regarding fire safety plumbing electrical and plant operations including but not limited to: OSHA NFPA The Joint Commission ASHRAE ANSI DCRA D.C. Fire & Safety Codes and the Hospital's Fire and Life Safety practices.

General Summary of Position
Assists physician with routine to complex invasive diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures such as cardiac catheterizations; cardiac and vascular percutaneous transluminal angioplasties structural heart and other interventional procedures. Performs a variety of related ancillary support activities and other duties as assigned.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists/scrubs in with physician during routine to complex invasive diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac and vascular procedures. Prepares catheters balloons guiding wires etc. to physician as needed.
- Prepares cleans and drapes appropriate site prior to invasive procedure ensuring a sterile field according to Association of Operating Room Nurse (AORN) standards.
- Enters required patient data into the computer connects electrocardiograph (EKG) and pulse oximeter monitors. Provides physical and psychological comfort to patients prior to during and post-procedure.
- Monitors electrocardiograph (ECG) blood pressure and other hemodynamic parameters during procedure in the Cardiac Catherization Laboratory (CCL).
- Assists with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) other cardiac assist devices and sets-up/removes arterial and venous lines as needed in the CCL CCU and ICU. Draws arterial blood gases (ABG) as requested by physician. Performs activated coagulation time tests to determine appropriate arterial/venous sheaths removal. Accompanies and monitors patient during transports.
- Prepares/cleans arranges and stocks room/equipment for next procedure. Maintains and stocks inventory such as catheters defibrillators monitors and temporary pacemakers. Provides monitors/external pacemakers to various locations within the hospital.
- Document required data prior to during and post-procedure and enters appropriate codes/charges/equipment used into computer for statistical/billing reports.
- Discharges/transports patients from procedure room. Communicates/instructs patient regarding post procedure site care instructions and precautions as appropriate.
- Provides patient's family/significant others with information related to procedures according to departmental policy and procedures.
- Participates/responds to post-cardiac catheterization site bleeding hematomas pain loss of distal pulse etc. as appropriate and documents findings and resolution.
- Participates in the orientation training and inservices of other/new personnel as defined by CCL manager and departmental educator.
- Administers contrast at the direction of the physician while the physician is in the room directing the administration and dosage.

This position is IN-Office at our Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, VA.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Coordination · Work collaboratively with the HR Manager, internal leadership, our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Insperity, consultants, and staff.
· Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries, fostering a positive workplace culture.
· Assist with personnel actions, HRIS maintenance, and onboarding and offboarding activities.
· Support professional development and compliance training and development initiatives, tracking participation and ensuring adherence.
· Maintain employee files, organizational charts and HR policies, assist in updating the employee handbook, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
· Coordinate the planning and execution of employee events, coordinating with the office team to manage logistics, vendor relations, and internal communications.
· Manage the Chinook Store, maintaining communications with the corporate branding provider and managing store certificate issuance annually and upon hire.
· Occasionally assist in reviewing applicants and sourcing new qualified candidates upon request.
Office Coordination · Manage daily office operations, supplies, equipment, and maintenance service requests.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, practices, and other internal controls.
· Manage administrative functions encompassing office layout, security, and IT systems.
· Occasionally organize meetings, maintain calendars, and facilitate communications.
· Take on additional tasks in support of departmental and company success and in alignment with the core responsibilities of the position.
Minimum Qualifications: · Must have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in an HR related field, and at least 2 years of professional experience.
A High School Diploma and an additional 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
· Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Citizenship/Clearance Requirements: · Must be a U.S.
Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain up to a Top Secret clearance due to our customer requirements and the nature of the work that we do.
Preferred Qualifications: · An Active Secret or higher Security Clearance.
· Experience working with the Federal Government or Federal Government Contractors.
· Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local HR laws.
· Experience within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction field.
Physical Considerations: • Must be able to work in an office environment • Must be able to endure prolonged standing, walking, and bending both indoors and outdoors as well as have the ability to handle carts and potentially drive.
• Must be able to carry packages up to 25 lbs.
Annual Salary, Dependent Upon Qualifications and Experience: $55,000-$65,000.
