The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking an experienced senior-level engineer to lead the Signature Integrity team in St. Louis, Missouri as a Signature Integrity Chief Architect for the next generation of advanced air systems.

Position Overview: Lead the development of the Signature Integrity Program to support manufacturing and sustainment of the stealth characteristics of an advanced Air Dominance platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the program's signature integrity vision.
• Integrate Signature Integrity Software, Supportable LO (SLO), and Signature Assurance and Verification (SAV) teams with manufacturing, QA, Product Support, M&P, and System Engineering.
• Oversee the development of supportability technology, maintenance and QA processes, and signature assessment methods.
• Define verification requirements, criteria, and tools, and correlate signature data for manufacturing and sustainment.
• Manage the program's signature maintenance software system.
• Collaborate with the Signature Integrity manager to implement the signature integrity plan, providing technical vision and leadership to a diverse engineering integrated product team (IPT).
• Analyze customer and system requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications for the LO subsystem's manufacture and maintenance.
• Develop high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications
• Validate designs through various methods of review, testing and analysis
• Identify designs, materials, tools or methods of improvements to reduce LCC for users.
• Mature data collection and analysis tools and system to efficiently direct LO maintenance actions by users.

Other Responsibilities May Include:

• Agility: Candidates may work across multiple projects to coordinate a consistent approach/solution to signature integrity. Strong organization and documentation skills will be needed to manage multiple simultaneous projects in various states of maturity.
• Technical writing: Work on specifications, procedures, and reports
• Data visualization and communication: Disseminate results and status to project stakeholders. Statuses may be a frequent as weekly where the candidate would be representing the Boeing Company to the Government and/or various suppliers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a LeadMission SystemFlying Test Bed (FTB) Engineer in Berkeley, MO, supporting an Air Dominance Fixed Wing Proprietary Program. You will be joining a fast-paced program where you will be responsible for integrating and testing advanced tactical sensors onboard three flying test beds. Your work will include developing and planning tests, coordinating FTB modifications, and executing flight tests.

In this role, you will be joining a cross-functional team integrating next generation capabilities as part of a very exciting and critically important development effort. You will have the opportunity to operate in an agile development environment, mature our products through the development lifecycle, work on next generation open-architecture model-based designs, and collaborate across multiple disciplines.

The day-to-day activities of this position will be a combination of traditional design engineering, collaborating with cross-functional peers, and presenting technical challenges and solutions to leadership. Frequent interaction with program leadership, customers, and industry partners during critical design phases will be key elements of this position. Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of test plans to support key flight test risk reduction activities
• Lead a team of test engineers and provide technical guidance to team members to ensure FTB milestones are executed according to plan

• Coordinate with multiple disciplines to define FTB modifications needed to integrate advanced tactical sensors

• Perform mechanical/HVAC takeoffs and quantity surveys (major HVAC equipment and other mechanical equipment and systems) and develop detailed procurement estimates.
• Solicit, level, and validate supplier/manufacturer quotes; confirm scope, inclusions/exclusions, alternates, and delivery assumptions.
• Support intercompany sales efforts by engaging OEMs, reps, and distributors, maintaining pricing intelligence, and helping identify new procurement opportunities.
• Evaluate bills of material for completeness and accuracy; flag gaps, long-lead items, and coordination concerns (power, controls, structural, seismic, space/clearances).
• Assist with contract review from a procurement perspective (commercial terms, freight, taxes, escalation, liquidated damages, warranty, service/startup).
• Gather and prepare submittal packages (equipment schedules, cut sheets, performance data, controls narratives) and track reviews/returns to keep the buyout schedule on track.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and HVAC systems/equipment; able to read plans/specs and speak the language of engineers, contractors, and OEMs.
• 5+ years of procurement experience preferred; or equivalent combination of mechanical/HVAC field, estimating, or project support experience with demonstrated procurement capability.
• Experience with estimating/takeoffs, bid leveling, and vendor communication; detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Working knowledge of construction fundamentals, coordination practices, and project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders).
• Comfortable negotiating with suppliers and understanding commercial terms; proficient with Excel and procurement/PM tools.

The Procore Support Engineer plays a key role in supporting the launch, maintenance, and ongoing operational consistency of Procore across the enterprise. The Site Safety Supervisor will provide support to the Project Staff and the Clayco safety team in an effort to execute corporate safety and health standards and procedures in compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. In addition to your project responsibilities, you shall participate in and complete all assignments designated to you. This will include, but is not limited to, assisting in development of a zero injury safety culture on each project, conducting at least weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, effectively communicate orientations for all new project workers, assist with and review subcontractor daily pre-task safety analysis, actively promote and participate in daily stretch and flex program, identify project trends and execute proactive safety initiatives to eliminate incidents, support corporate goals and initiatives, emphasize and support proactive safety such as near miss/hazard reporting, coach and recognize workers on safe work methods, report all incidents in an effective and timely manner following established protocols and be a champion in motivating workers to perform their jobs safely! The Specifics of the Role

• Assist in development of the project safety program.
• Establish and conduct jobsite orientation for new project employees. Administer and record their participation in the orientation program and issue identification to those employees completing the orientation program.
• Attend all initial meetings with the project staff and subcontractor representatives to clearly define their role within the confines of the project safety program.
• Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with each subcontractor representatives to establish safety procedures prior to subcontractor’s activity on site.

• Review each subcontractor’s safety program and ensure that it meets or exceeds the project safety program requirements.
• Ensure that each subcontractor designates a safety representative that is properly trained in subcontractor’s scope of work and has the proper authority to correct safety issues.
• Conduct regular daily and weekly jobsite inspections and complete the safety checklist noting safety violations and corrective actions.
• Record, notify and prepare written report of any violations or unsafe practices to subcontractors for immediate correction actions.
• Stop at once any violation or unsafe acts or practices.
• Assist the Project Superintendent in establishing and implementing proper fire prevention, evacuation, and fire control procedures.
• Investigate all incidents and generate proper reports.
• Establish and maintain all required safety records.
• Conduct a monthly overview safety meeting and attend project staff meetings to brief on safety issues.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of safety experience with a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques.
• 2-3 years of field experience required.
• OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation.
• OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus.
• Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.

Physical Requirements

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Transmission & Distribution to lead utility infrastructure projects from concept through construction and closeout. This individual will serve as the primary client contact while overseeing scope, schedule, cost, and quality across multidisciplinary teams.

This role is ideal for a PM who enjoys ownership, client interaction, and developing long-term utility relationships — not just internal coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full lifecycle T&D projects: siting, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout
• Serve as primary client point of contact and maintain long-term relationships
• Lead proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and cost forecasts
• Monitor project financials, risk, staffing, and change management
• Coordinate engineering, environmental, ROW, and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety, and environmental requirements
• Report project performance including schedule, cost, procurement, and risk metrics
