Seeking an experienced Electrical Data Center Executive to lead the development of a Hyperscale Data Center build in Ann Arbor, MI. This individual will be responsible for leading the business unit with full profit and loss accountability, while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and client satisfaction.


This role will lead the Hyperscale Data Center Development Project, overseeing the leadership team and driving the strategic success of projects through full completion. Responsibilities include building strong partnerships and collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle.


This is a stepping-stone opportunity that offers significant career growth as the company continues to expand its Mission Critical Division Nationally with a leading ENR Electrical Contractor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale Hyperscale Data Center construction projects
  • Ensure safe work practices, quality standards, and strong financial performance
  • Drive client development and long-term business growth
  • Mentor, develop, and lead project teams
  • Oversee contracts, estimating, risk management, and project execution
  • Directly supervise large teams through full strategic execution to ensure client satisfaction


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Construction Engineering & Management (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ years of experience in electrical construction with a proven track record of success
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Center construction, including 5+ years at a senior level
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and estimating software
  • PMP, OSHA 30, and state electrical license preferred
  • Willingness to travel full-time as required

OPENING IN SOUTHFIELD


SUMMARY OF JOB: Legal Assistant needed, minimum of 6 months - 1 year of insurance defense experience strongly preferred, but not required. We can teach you what you will need to know if you have no experience. Hybrid work environment after requisite training and ability to be self sufficient enough to work without assistance. If displayed, our hybrid policy allows for remote work up to 2 days per week after satisfactory completion of training, with the other 3 days per week in our Southfield, Michigan office. Performs a variety of secretarial duties for assigned attorney(s) according to established policies and procedures. Maintains positive contact with clients, attorneys and staff and observes confidentiality of client matters.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares correspondence, memoranda and other legal documents from written and oral direction.
  • Prepares standard correspondence, such as cover letters, to accompany motions, pleadings, or discovery prepared by attorney.
  • Screens telephone calls and records messages.
  • Reviews all incoming mail on a daily basis for the purpose of screening any urgent matters, and important dates/deadlines, while also preparing appropriate correspondence to court and/or client regarding same.
  • Observes confidentiality of attorney-client relationship.
  • Maintains attorney calendar and keeps attorney apprised of upcoming events/tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedules and prepares notices for all depositions with appropriate letters, pleadings, and witness fee checks when appropriate.
  • Schedules hearing dates with the court and prepares appropriate notices, letters, pleadings and motion payments.
  • Handles all electronic filings and other court filings.
  • Ensures that attorney billable time is recorded in a timely manner and pursuant to client guidelines.
  • Performs overflow typing, filing, photocopying, or reception relief as requested by the Office Manager or Firm Administrator.
  • Performs various other legal assistant duties as requested.
