Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized Assistant Project Manager, Brand & Creative, to support the execution of brand and creative marketing initiatives across the brand. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the Brand team— helping move projects from concept to launch while ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables remain aligned.
You’ll work closely with creative, marketing, social, PR, and product teams to ensure campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives are delivered seamlessly. Responsibilities:
Project & Campaign Management
- Work closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing to manage timelines and workflows for brand and marketing initiatives including product launches, promotional roll-outs, campaigns, social shoots, and events.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across creative, marketing, PR, social, product, and ecommerce teams
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and approvals to ensure projects launch on time
Creative & Content Operations
- Partner with the creative team to manage asset production timelines (campaign photography, video, digital assets, social content, contracts
- Review creative briefs and project requests to ensure complete and clear intake of all requests
- Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure teams have access to approved creative
- Coordinate reviews and feedback cycles across stakeholders
Content & Production Coordination
- Support planning and logistics for campaign shoots and content production
- Track deliverables from external partners such as photographers, stylists, and production teams
- Ensure assets are delivered in the correct formats and specifications for all channels
- Understanding of all phases of creative project development and design, from launch strategy through design and implementation.
Team Operations:
- Maintain project management system, currently in Monday
- Help establish clear workflows and processes for the brand team
- Help track approvals, feedback cycles, and revisions across stakeholders
- Prepare project status updates and flag risks or delays early
Skills & Abilities:

The Role
The Brand Marketing Director, USA will lead the evolution of Culture Kings and its portfolio of brands (including 1P brands and MNML) within the U.S. market. This role is responsible for shaping how the brand shows up in culture across product, storytelling, retail, experiences and digital platforms.
This person is an equal parts strategist, cultural connector, and operator. They understand streetwear and youth culture at a deep level and know how to translate cultural relevance into real business growth. They are responsible for building brand equity in the U.S. while ensuring marketing efforts drive measurable impact across both digital and retail channels.
The ideal candidate brings a strong network across fashion, music, sports, and creator communities, along with the taste level to identify the right partnerships, talent, and moments that position Culture Kings authentically within the U.S. cultural landscape.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and partners closely with creative, retail, merchandising, ecommerce, and performance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Cultural Positioning
- Lead the development and execution of the U.S. brand marketing strategy, ensuring Culture Kings and its brands show up with a clear point of view across every consumer touchpoint.
- Define and evolve the brand’s voice, visual identity, and cultural positioning, ensuring consistency across social media, retail environments, digital campaigns, product storytelling, and community activations.

The Senior Brand Strategist is responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive business growth and market relevance. Manager – Art Direction, Brand Studio
As Manager - Art Direction, Brand Studio, you own the day-to-day design leadership and creative execution that brings Castelion’s brand to life across campaigns, systems, and key touchpoints. You’ll translate brand strategy set by senior leadership into practical, repeatable, high-quality design solutions that work across digital, print, recruiting, events, and built environments.
This is a hands-on role that blends making and leading. You will design, art direct, and build the infrastructure, including templates, libraries, playbooks, and workflows that enable high-quality, on-brand work at scale. Responsibilities
Brand systems and visual identity
- Evolve and maintain Castelion’s visual identity system (logo usage, color, typography, imagery, layout, motion guidelines) so it works across internal and external channels.
- Translate brand and visual principles into clear standards, toolkits, and documentation that non-designers can actually use.
- Build and maintain centralized component and asset libraries in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with naming conventions, versioning, and usage guidance.
Campaigns, launches, and flagship stories
- Lead art direction for integrated campaigns, product and capability launches, customer and investor narratives, recruiting initiatives, conferences, and major announcements.

- Demonstrated experience owning or evolving a visual identity system and building reusable design infrastructure (templates, libraries, guidelines) that others rely on.

Role Description
The Director of Creative & Brand Strategy for Franchise Update Media is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the overall creative vision of the company across all platforms — including live events, magazines, digital media, marketing campaigns, and the corporate website. This leader ensures that every visual touchpoint reflects a cohesive brand story that engages audiences, drives value for clients, and amplifies the company’s presence in the marketplace.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and visual identity for all brand assets, including events, magazines, websites, digital content, email marketing, video, sales collateral, and promotional campaigns.

- Proven record of developing impactful creative campaigns across digital, print, and live event experiences.
- Expert knowledge of brand development, art direction, and multi-channel design principles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in visual storytelling and integrated brand execution.
- Experience leading small, multi-skilled teams in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
