Responsible for developing high level system design diagrams. Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and International Standards Organization (ISO) reference models, and profiles of standards - such as Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Open Systems Environment (OSE) reference model - as they apply to the implementation and specification of Information Management (IM) solution of the application platform, across the application program interface (API), and the external environment/software application. Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action.


This is an onsite position located within the National Capital Region. Individuals must reside within a commutable distance in order to work onsite full time.


Responsibilities Include:


Architecture, Design, and Integration



  • Design, maintain, and evolve SharePoint and CRM architectures for both on-prem and cloud environments (DOD365-J).
  • Develop and manage technical roadmaps aligned with J6's enterprise architecture.
  • Serve as the lead integrator for enterprise-level planning, stability, and infrastructure design.
  • Recommend, evaluate, and implement tools and technologies for system performance optimization.
  • Lead migration planning for SharePoint and Dynamics CRM modernization into O365 environments.

Engineering and Operations



  • Provide Tier 3/4 engineering and Tier 2/3 operational support for SPO and Dynamics CRM.
  • Maintain versioning, backups, and high availability of mission-critical systems.
  • Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines across NIPR and SIPR environments.
  • Coordinate and perform system monitoring, patching, and capacity management.
  • Support certification and accreditation (C&A) and ATO processes through RMF compliance.

Technical Leadership and Innovation



  • Lead modernization from deprecated SharePoint features (InfoPath, classic workflows) to Power Platform-based solutions.
  • Support Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and Dataverse integrations.
  • Provide expertise for integration testing, performance monitoring, and system resiliency.
  • Produce architecture documentation, design diagrams, and governance records.
  • Conduct demonstrations and training for government staff and administrators.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:



  • Education/Experience: BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Citizenship and Clearance:

    • US Citizenship is required.
    • Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret clearance.


  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft technology architecture, development, and operations within DoD or enterprise environments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
  • Supervise and mentor technical teams across SharePoint, CRM, and cloud migration efforts.
  • Coordinate collaboration between architecture, engineering, and operations staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
  • Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
  • Must have own basic skill related tools and equipment if not supplied by the workplace.
  • Lay-out, fabricate and brace metal structural parts, such as plates, bulkheads, and frames.
  • Lay out position of parts on metal, working from blueprints or templates and using scribe and hand tools.
  • Locate and mark reference lines, such as center, buttock, and frame lines.
  • Position parts in hull of ship.
  • Align parts in relation to each other, using jacks, turnbuckles, clips, wedges, and mauls.
  • Mark location of holes to be drilled and install temporary fasteners to hold part(s) in place for welding.

The scope of the company is general contracting and construction work, along with any associated services related to large, selected Design and Build projects, either public or private for which it can bring clear and strong added value. We aim to develop engineering and construction services for large infrastructure projects in various parts in the United States and provide a highly skilled and competitive professional service in construction field.


Project Overview:

As part of the Hampton Roads Connector Partners (HRCP) Joint Venture (JV) consisting of VINCI Construction, Dragados, and Flatiron has been selected to construct the $3.3BN Design Build project – the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

The project scope across a 9-mile section of the I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing that will accommodate a total of 8 lanes of capacity across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges and the addition of a third lane on I-64 in each direction. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the beginning of 2027.


Responsibilities:

As a Civil Works General Superintendent on the $3.3BN Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) in Virginia, you will schedule, coordinate, and supervise production and workforce engaged on your assigned area of the project.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience (roads/bridges/marine/tunneling), with at least 3+ years of management experience required.
