Logistics Planner Specialist II

Job Summary:
The Logistics Planner Specialist II is responsible for driving tasks to completion and mentoring junior staff. This role requires a heightened level of autonomy and strong business acumen. The Logistics Planning Specialist will be responsible for supporting and work cross-functionally with, but not limited to, Clinical Supply Planning, Country Clinical Operations, CMOs/CROs, Distribution, Regulatory, External Operations Management, Operational Expense Management, Trade Operations, and Trade Compliance to support and plan distribution for Clinical Trial Material utilizing approved depot networks. The role owns the full arc of delivery—from feasibility to closeout—with a responsibility to protect design intent while enforcing budget discipline, schedule accountability, and execution quality.
Reporting to the Project Director, the PM serves as the central decision integrator across internal teams (development, design, finance) and external partners (architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities). Success in this role requires deep construction knowledge, 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or real estate development, and a proven ability in managing overlapping complex projects of various size and scale, high-end client expectations, and close collaboration with internal and external design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Owner’s Representation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Client communication related to budget, schedule, scope, and delivery logistics - with prior alignment from leadership. Clients should be handled with exceptionally high-level care and service.
- Lead projects from pre-development and entitlements through construction and closeout, ensuring continuity of vision and execution.

Design, Coordination & Quality Oversight
- Lead internal and external coordination meetings during design to ensure all disciplines are aligned toward a complete, coordinated IFC set.
- Review drawings and specifications for completeness, coordination, and alignment with budget and schedule.
- Monitor construction quality and conformance with approved documents and design intent.
Permitting, Approvals & Local Coordination
- Support and coordinate zoning, permitting, and inspection processes in collaboration with consultants, general contractors, and local municipalities.
- Track approvals, conditions, and compliance requirements, ensuring information is routed to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the General Contractor’s permitting and inspection responsibilities to align with the project schedule.
Construction Administration & Closeout
- Lead weekly project meetings; prepare and distribute clear meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.

- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change management workflows, ensuring timely review, documentation, and communication.

Required Qualifications

What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machining centers including lathes and/or mills.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Edit G‑code and assist with CNC programming as needed.
- Run production jobs, including complex geometries, while meeting setup/run times.
- Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections using precision measuring tools (QMM, OGP, comparators, etc.).
- Machine both thermoplastic and metal materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation, shop floor data collection, and setup sheets.

The Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliant and efficient import operations for Kulicke & Soffa. This position focuses heavily on customs clearance, reviewing CBP Form 7501, validating import documentation, and supporting duty classification and regulatory compliance. The role also includes performing Restricted Party Screening (RPS) to prevent unauthorized transactions and ensure alignment with U.S. export control regulations. Assuring a compliant audit trail exists for all Customs entries cleared under Kulicke & Soffa. Assuring that imports and exports of the company are compliant with US Customs and Foreign Local import regulations such as HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) classification, valuation, country of origin, assists, record keeping, ADD/CVD, special trade programs and other government agency requirements, EAR and ITAR regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day tracking and monitoring of all shipments.
- Review Customs Form 7501 for accuracy (HTS, duty rates, declared value, COO, PGA requirements).
- Verify that broker‐submitted entries align with internal compliance standards, coordinate corrections.
- Review supporting documents: commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading, COO certificates
- Work closely with brokers and logistics teams to ensure timely customs clearance.

- Identify whether other Government agency requirements are applicable to product imports and exports (e.g. DDTC, FCC, FDA, etc.).
- Evaluate all new Government agency requirements to ensure import and export compliance with changes and incorporate into day-to-day operations and standard operating procedures.
- Ascertain that up-to-date profiles and SOPs are provided to all endorsed service providers to ensure proper import and export clearance.
- Communicate with affiliated business units overseas to streamline export and import processes.
- Ensure that a trained back-up is available to assist with compliance functions.
- Perform Restricted Party Screening (RPS) for customers, vendors, and end‐users.
- Document and escalate matches, red flags, or concerns based on internal escalation procedures.
- Support due‐diligence workflows (EUS, CPP, Red Flag questionnaires) as needed.
- Track shipment status, delays, exams, and entry issues.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen import compliance controls.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience with international trade compliance regulations
- Strong working knowledge of HTS classification, import documentation
- Hands-on experience processing Customs Entries (Customs Brokerage experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Access, Word, Outlook)
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Licensed Customs Broker (preferred)
- Oracle experience is a plus.

A global real estate investment platform is seeking a Vice President – Real Estate Counsel to join its in-house legal team. This role supports complex commercial real estate transactions across a diverse portfolio spanning logistics/industrial, office, life sciences, and residential assets. The position works closely with investment and executive teams on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and asset management initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including leases, lease amendments, brokerage agreements, commencement memoranda, and confidentiality agreements.
• Provide legal support for acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, development agreements, and closing documents.
• Review and analyze due diligence materials such as title, survey, and third-party reports to assist with risk assessment and transaction structuring.
• Support financing transactions, including lender negotiations, documentation review, and closing coordination.
• Advise internal teams on asset management matters, including tenant communications, dispute resolution, and property-related documentation such as management agreements, easements, declarations, and access agreements.
• Partner with operational and investment teams to provide legal guidance on real estate initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
• Assist with additional legal matters impacting the real estate platform, including governance, investment structuring, and capital formation.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and third-party advisors to execute transactions and manage legal risk.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Ability to obtain Pennsylvania in-house counsel certification if not already admitted in Pennsylvania.
• 5+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal department focused on commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience negotiating and documenting real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters.
• Familiarity with title and survey review, due diligence processes, and closing procedures.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business judgment skills.

- Payroll accreditation (Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)) is preferred.
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience processing payroll in a high volume, multi-state/international environment to include at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, and payroll systems (Workday preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational skills.
