Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author, review and approve analytical method procedures/SOPs

Qualifications:

  • Experience in stability study performance/evaluation and/or knowledge/familiarity with USP/compendial testing is helpful.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a diverse team environment are essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word / EXCEL / PowerPoint), Stability software and statistical analysis/trending to support shelf life and labeling is expected.

Knowledge and skills (general and technical) preferred:

Summary

Essential Functions


  • Work as a team with commercial real estate portfolio asset managers
  • Produce monthly and quarterly surveillance summaries and reporting for senior review which contain all relevant information related to monitoring borrower performance against business plan and compliance against loan documents as well as aggregated portfolio metrics
  • Prepare cash flow models used for forecasting and investment performance
  • Generate new reporting as necessary to monitor evolving risks
  • Externally interact with borrowers, servicers, individual market experts and other transaction parties

Qualifications


  • Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management, credit, or investments required; exposure to both debt and equity asset types preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including hands-on experience updating and analyzing complex financial and valuation models; comfort navigating multi-tab models and identifying errors or anomalies in model outputs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Argus software
  • Ability to input, reconcile, and gross up partnership-level financial data is a plus but not required

  • Attend monthly schedule review meetings

 

Administrative Management

  • Complete daily reports and maintains logs of key activities, files and shop drawings. Send to PA on a weekly basis
  • Continually take job photos to document progress of the project. Send to the PA on a weekly basis. Inventory the quality and condition of all material deliveries
  • Maintain required safety reporting and all other required files to Company standards
  • Insure that as-built working drawings are maintained as well as the current drawing log and revision log, communicating this to the subcontractors
