The Preconstruction Manager will have a significant role in our preconstruction team. In this role you will be responsible for high level management of design-build project pursuits and preconstruction efforts across business units. You will work collaboratively with the VP of Preconstruction and other Preconstruction team members. You will provide preconstruction services and expertise across all Business Units, working with Business Unit Leaders, Project Executives, and Senior Management.
The Specifics of the Role
- Work with Business Unit Leaders (Institutional, Industrial, Residential/Hospitality, Commercial) and Project Executives to identify projects to pursue
- Lead specific project scope and prepare accurate proposals
- Prepare conceptual estimates
- Develop scope of work for each trade
- Review scopes with subcontractors
- Participate in subcontractor selection process
- Prepare final estimates for owner presentation
- Present to clients and owners
- Review construction schedules
- Review construction documents for value engineering
- Prepare and price the value engineering items
- Train and mentor junior estimating staff
- Maintain master subcontractor/vendor lists by trade
- Assist project managers in negotiation of contracts, change orders, etc.
- Maintain and develop historical data for unit pricing
- Develop general conditions for review with project management
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related
- 7+ years of estimating commercial construction projects ($10+ million)
- Capability to assist in the lead of project pursuits in multiple market sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Institutional, and Residential
- Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices
- Knowledge of estimating and quantity takeoff software
- Experience leading Preconstruction meetings

We are seeking a Procurement Buyer to support a highly advanced, fast‑growing manufacturing operation in North Phoenix. This role is ideal for someone with technical purchasing experience who enjoys problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and building strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Role
As Project Executive, you will oversee multiple ground-up industrial projects from early-stage development through commissioning and start-up. You will serve as the primary client interface while ensuring exceptional performance across safety, schedule, quality, and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of PV manufacturing and chemical plant projects ranging from $100M to $1B+
- Lead preconstruction strategy, including cost planning, value engineering, constructability, and procurement of long-lead/process equipment
- Oversee delivery of complex process systems, including cleanrooms, chemical processing lines, high-purity piping, and specialty utilities

MAG’s Safety Policy Program elevates safety as a core priority, ensuring it is embedded in transportation planning and implementation across the agency and throughout the region. The Position
MAG is seeking a qualified transportation engineer to support the activities related to the management and implementation of the Safety Policy Program.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing scopes, schedules and budgets of transportation planning studies.
- Assessing, analyzing and evaluating crash data, safety countermeasures, transportation infrastructure design, functionality, cost, schedule, and project risk.
- Coordinating with key stakeholders for project design and implementation efforts.
- Managing the procurement, execution and oversight of consultant contracts.
- Facilitating the MAG Transportation Safety Committee and presenting at public meetings.
- Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders on safety initiatives.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be proficient in leading planning level analysis, coordinating with internal and external agency partners, and have experience with managing consultants or consultant teams. The candidate should have relevant experience in transportation safety planning, demonstrating a strong level of understanding and competency regarding urban traffic safety; multidisciplinary road safety initiatives; standards and best practices; and safety-related data. The candidate should also have experience presenting complex technical information to a diverse set of stakeholders, including members of the public and policy makers. Experience with human factors, safety education, and strong writing skills is a plus.

- At least three years of related work experience in engineering, urban traffic safety, and/or planning
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities
- Familiarity with standards, practices, and software tools related to transportation safety, such as: MUTCD, Highway Safety Manual, predictive safety methods, and spatial crash analysis using GIS.

- Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities
- Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.

- Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
- Reporting and commissions APIs
- Activity and transaction tracking
- Risk and fraud scoring hooks

Your experience should include...
- 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
- 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
- Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
- Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
- Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.

The Role
