Our Journeyperson Technicians come in every day and work hands on at our dealership and are the pros of the industry. You will become familiar with all of Walser's vehicle line-up, the inner workings of our dealership, and will be an integral part of our service team.
- Perform diagnosis on customer and dealership vehicles.
- Use OEM and aftermarket scan tools to diagnose various no start, vehicle performance issues, squeaks, rattles, and suspension concerns.
- Communicate what parts department and needed parts for repair.
- Keep abreast of latest repair techniques and concerns for your OEM store.
- Complete all approved repairs from start to finish.
- Utilization of video multi-point inspections
- Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices of wearing safety glasses and hard-toes shoes and slip resistant footwear.

Position Summary:
The Buyer/Planner is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and planning activities within the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, while optimizing inventory and cost. This role involves working closely with supplies, internal teams (including production, logistics, and sales), and other stakeholders to align demand and supply, as well as implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, buying, planning, or supply chain management,
- 3 years’ experience in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing distribution environment
- Strong background in demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
- Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

This position is responsible for evaluating and dispositioning mechanical components used in the manufacturing scale up of Integrity Orthopaedic, Inc products.
The R&D Component Engineer I acts as the technical bridge between design, procurement, and manufacturing, ensuring every mechanical part that goes into the instruments will be functional, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective.
In all actions, the R&D Component Engineer I shall demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented processes and procedures.
