Role Overview

The Event Coordinator is a foundational role within the Events Division, responsible for the operational, systems, and administrative backbone that enables high-touch luxury event execution at scale.

This role is not an execution-only or entry-level support position. It is an operations-focused role designed to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all event programs, allowing Event Project Managers and senior leadership to focus on execution quality and client experience.

The Event Coordinator will own systems hygiene, vendor infrastructure, billing workflows, and reporting, and will play a critical role in scaling the division to support additional clients.


Core Responsibilities

Operations & Systems Ownership

· Maintain project hygiene and task accuracy within   (project management + CRM)

· Own vendor database structure, accuracy, and status tracking

Vendor Research & Infrastructure

· Source, research, and onboard vendors in new and existing markets

Billing, Data & Financial Support

· Manage billing intake, documentation, and internal tracking

File & Documentation Management

· Maintain organized file structures in Google Drive

· Manage production documentation, install images, invoices, and receipts in FileMaker

Job Title: Event Manager V (Experiential Producer)

Location: Burlingame, CA or New York, NY (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite)

We are looking for a highly skilled Event Manager / Experiential Producer to lead, execute, and scale world‑class product demonstrations and experiential activations for major industry, consumer, cultural, and partner events.


This role sits within a global experiential marketing organization responsible for bringing emerging technologies, hardware, and software to life through immersive product experiences. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, creative, and agency partners to deliver integrated demos that connect consumers, creators, partners, and enterprise audiences with innovative technology.


You’ll work across high‑visibility stages from major cultural moments (sports, fashion, entertainment) to large‑scale industry events and proprietary conferences.


Ideal background:

  • Produce and deliver large‑scale, complex experiential events and product demos across global B2B and B2C audiences
  • Design and scale high‑impact product experience workstreams, including demo development, technical setup, experience flow, and onsite execution
  • Provide creative production, logistics, and operational leadership from concept through execution
  • Partner closely with internal cross‑functional teams to align on goals, messaging, creative strategy, and product integration
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring seamless delivery, quality, and budget adherence
  • Oversee staffing, onsite operations, demo deployment, and light technical troubleshooting
  • Support development of playbooks, processes, and operational frameworks to scale experiential programs
  • Lead post‑event reporting, data tracking, and metrics review for effectiveness, conversion, and satisfaction
  • Travel 30–50% (domestic + occasional EMEA/APAC travel) to support onsite event execution


Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in experiential production, event management, or creative agency delivery
  • Hands‑on experience producing large‑scale in‑person events (1,000+ attendees)
  • Strong program/project management capabilities with an operational mindset
  • Experience delivering mixed‑format events: live, hybrid, and virtual
  • Experience working cross‑functionally within large, matrixed organizations
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, schedules, and complex production workflows
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support post‑event reporting
  • Comfort with emerging technology and light technical troubleshooting


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with VR, AI, smart glasses, wearables, or emerging consumer hardware
  • Global event production experience
  • Strong understanding of the creative development process (creative briefs, assets, content needs, experience flow)

A leading global fashion organization is seeking an Associate Textile Technologist to support its Graphic and Product Design teams during a high-volume seasonal calendar. This role functions as a junior coordinator, partnering closely with Stylists, Designers, Merchants, Graphic Technologists, regional offices, and overseas vendors to ensure print and graphic execution aligns with design intent and production timelines.

The Associate Textile Technologist will play a critical role in translating creative direction into technically sound, factory-ready specifications while maintaining strict adherence to milestone deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Stylists and Design teams to execute prints, patterns, and engineered graphics in alignment with seasonal design intent.
  • Coordinate strike-offs, handlooms, knit-downs, and graphic submits in preparation for milestone meetings.
  • Review print and graphic submissions with cross-functional teams; provide feedback in partnership with leadership to ensure timely approvals.
  • Track all print, pattern, and graphic developments within PLM/Centric systems, ensuring accurate seasonal documentation.
  • Monitor seasonal calendar deadlines and ensure all approvals are secured by drop-dead dates; escalate risks and provide solutions proactively.
  • Communicate technical requirements to overseas factories, including artwork repeats, layouts, machine limitations, and fabric specifications.
  • Detail graphic packages and spec packs clearly to ensure accurate execution at the vendor level.
  • Support development of inline seasonal graphics, chase additions, and collaboration projects.
  • Maintain organized fabric libraries for strike-offs and reference files.
  • Partner cross-functionally to mitigate risks related to delivery, costing, and quality.
  • Attend weekly design meetings to align on graphic intent and build technical documentation accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Production, Textile Technology, Graphic Design, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in print/pattern development, graphic product development, textile sourcing, or apparel production.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PLM/Centric systems.
  • Experience approving color, layout, and strike-offs.
  • Knowledge of artwork repeats, fabric content, printing machinery, and basic QA testing.
  • Working knowledge of printing processes, yarn dyes, garment washing/dyeing, and fabric finishing.
  • Experience supporting overseas factories and tracking product readiness.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple product seasons simultaneously within tight calendar deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
