Demand Planner
Location- Hybrid 3-4 days per week in Fridley, MN
This will play a key role in aligning customer demand with operational capabilities. This position is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing sales and market trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure optimal inventory levels that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to support the company’s overall supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Develop, maintain, and improve short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product lifecycle patterns to improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor forecast performance (accuracy, bias) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage demand planning activities related to new product launches, promotions, and product phase-outs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, marketing, operations, planning, and finance to align demand assumptions and incorporate market intelligence
- Facilitate regular Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) demand reviews, presenting insights and validating planning assumptions
- Communicate forecast changes, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders across the organization
Inventory Management
- Translate demand forecasts into inventory requirements to support product availability while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence
- Support safety stock and reorder point planning in collaboration with operations and supply chain teams
- Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and customer service metrics to identify and resolve supply issues
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and present demand planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership and operational teams
- Identify demand drivers, trends, and forecast deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain data integrity within ERP/MRP systems and demand planning tools
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of ERP systems such as Visual, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics (Infor Visual experience a plus)
- Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and global logistics is beneficial
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

- Develop and enforce standardized project controls, review checkpoints, and reporting expectations
- Work with Field Operations Manager to ensure alignment on field resource and project needs
- Help to identify and manage sub-contractor requirements, performance and assist in corrective actions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS Degree in Project Management, Engineering or related discipline, PMC/PMP, or combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- 10+ years of experience in project controls, construction operations, project management, or capital project oversight, and at least 4 years or more experience managing other project managers.
- 3+ years of construction, utility, or infrastructure experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing Project Manager(s) and Project Coordinator(s)
- Financial aptitude and advanced understanding of revenue, budgets, margins, invoicing, goals and schedules.
- Strong working knowledge of construction cost controls, earned revenue/WIP, forecasting, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions and communicate clearly with senior leadership
- Experience submitting and managing budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary

We are supporting a large, global organisation on the appointment of a Senior Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across the Americas region.
This role sits within the global shared services structure and reports directly to the Global Payroll Director. The successful candidate will take responsibility for payroll delivery across North and Latin America, while leading a distributed payroll team.
The organisation employs 10,000+ people globally and operates across multiple international jurisdictions, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll leader who is comfortable managing complex, multi-country payroll operations.
Senior Payroll Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Lead payroll operations across US, Canada and LATAM
- Manage and develop a distributed payroll team including professionals based in Costa Rica and the United States
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely delivery across multiple countries and pay cycles
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, Tax and external vendors to support payroll delivery
- Monitor payroll metrics and performance across the team and drive continuous improvement
- Support payroll projects, process improvements and operational enhancements
- Act as a senior escalation point for payroll issues and complex queries
- Maintain strong governance and compliance across all payroll activities
Senior Payroll Manager – Candidate Profile
- 10+ years’ payroll experience within complex, multi-country environments
- Strong experience managing US payroll alongside Canada and LATAM operations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 6+ payroll professionals, ideally across multiple locations
- Comfortable operating within a global payroll structure and working with international stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams remotely
- Process-driven, organised and comfortable working with payroll metrics and reporting
- Experience working within large, global organisations preferred

- Negotiating settlements and delivering outstanding client service
- First-chair trial work (for the right candidate)
