We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Manager Customer Success on our Marketing and Membership Experience team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 2 days a week in the office.
This role manages the post-sale customer experience for group
membership institutions using MMX educational product. Responsible for
maximizing enablement, retention and ROI, while positioning Customer Success as
a differentiating attribute of AMA's educational products and brand. This role
oversees a team of Customer Success Managers, builds scalable systems to drive
engagement and institutional growth, and partners across internal teams to
deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Success Framework and Operations
- Develop and continuously refine the Customer Success Playbook, including onboarding arc, product user training materials, communication templates, and outcome-aligned product guidance.
- Align service models to account segments and growth opportunities to optimize customer engagement.
- Assign accounts to Customer Success Managers based on account segment, product scope, and resource capacity.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, digitize, and automate customer engagement with MMX education products to create efficiencies and evolve customer interactions within the learning environment.
- Develop business cases to integrate or invest in technologies that support customer scale.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to enhance the post-sale customer journey.
- Identify and monitor key ROI metrics internally and on behalf of subscribers.
Customer Engagement Oversight
- Establish and operationalize a system for gathering and applying customer feedback across the engagement lifecycle.
- Determine frequency, audience, distribution channel and approach for applying results and sharing findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with the Content and Communication team to cultivate customer advocates and produce targeted engagement materials.
- Collaborate with Product Ops team to address usability issues, including login friction and system administration challenges.
- Facilitate advisory groups with key customers and stakeholders to inform product evolution and deepen engagement.
- Coach Customer Success Managers to proactively manage retention, analyze account risk, and execute data-driven retention plans.
Staff Development & Management
- Provide ongoing leadership, training and development, ongoing feedback, support and counsel. Develop individual performance goals and accountabilities.
- Analyze capacity and align resources to support team and individual goals.
- Recruit and train staff, developing strong expertise in product attributes, customer insights, and communication. Ensure team mastery of all core MMX education products.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Analytical, goal-oriented, and creative with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to excel in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare administration or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of account management and customer relationship experience with segmented customers across multiple products required.
- 3+ years of people management experience required.
- Previous experience managing customers in a healthcare-related context preferred.
- Proven critical thinking skills with ability to identify and address root causes of recurring issues. Success in facilitating strong customer relationships and resolving issues to retain customers and increase loyalty.
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize while managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously in fast paced environment.
- Strong external presence to communicate with customers and stakeholders.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $102,816- $136,017. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Overview
A leading electrical contractor in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support large‑scale industrial and data center projects across the region.
This role places you side‑by‑side with an experienced PM, developing the core skills required to independently manage major electrical construction project, often $50M–$100M+ in size.
This is a career‑path position with structured development, hands‑on project exposure, and a clear track toward full Project Manager responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PM in delivering industrial and data‑center electrical projects from pre‑construction through closeout
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, procurement logs, testing records, and other documentation
- Track schedules, constraints, progress, and field requirements
- Coordinate with field crews, vendors, suppliers, GCs, and internal teams to maintain workflow
- Support forecasting of labor, materials, and costs; maintain accurate financial tracking
- Assist with early project pursuits: quotes, drawing reviews, VE options, estimate summaries, and proposal prep

The Senior Asset Protection Investigator will be responsible for protecting the profitability of the company through detection, identification, investigation, and reduction of shrink and compliance exposures, throughout the entire vertical structure of PharmaCann. Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Monitoring & reviewing of electronic surveillance (Access Control & CCTV) as well as security alarm systems (Intrusion/Fire).
- Providing direction to security associates when they assist with ongoing investigations.
- Inspect company properties for Security & Asset Protection concerns and then assist with correcting and further securing.
- Develops partnerships & collaborates with 3rd party Contract Security Services, Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies, which improves prosecution, restitution opportunities, and ensures the protection of company assets/employees.
- Assist in coordination of physical security programs (alarms, CCTV, access control).

- Conduct investigative interviews either in-person or via telephone, Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of investigative findings to present operational/compliance failures & dishonest/unethical activity to Human Resources, Operations Executives, Legal, and/or Law Enforcement.
- Assist with the development of exception reporting that will help identify potential fraud and vulnerabilities that exist within the company’s ecommerce format.

Competencies and Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Pass a comprehensive multi-state background check, including criminal history & obtain/maintain state agent requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Asset Protection/Loss Prevention, with at least 1-2 years of investigations experience preferred.
- Experience in using CCTV (experience with multiple CCTV configurations and vendors, is highly desired).
- Analytical capabilities with a proven aptitude for learning new applications.
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight for business purposes.
- Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient knowledge of exception-based reporting, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI).

Position Overview
The VDC Project Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing construction planning through accurate coordination and quality by integrating reality capture technologies and digital workflows. This position leads the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM), field technology, and model-based processes to enhance coordination, precision, and efficiency across all phases of the project lifecycle. The VDC Project Manager collaborates closely with preconstruction, operations, and field teams to ensure that models, data, and technology are seamlessly aligned with project delivery and on-site execution.
Assigned Responsibilities
- Develop and implement companywide VDC standards and templates.
- Train teams on VDC tools to boost digital proficiency
- Lead BIM/VDC coordination across architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.

The Role
This is an opportunity to own and build a support function at a company experiencing hypergrowth in the US market. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is for someone who sees a blank slate as an opportunity. The customer base is scaling rapidly and this position will be responsible for building the support function that grows with it. The right candidate will be hands-on, close to the product and customers before building out the systems, tooling, and team capable of sustaining growth without compromising the experience
Responsibilities
- Handle tickets and calls directly to build deep product knowledge and earn customer trust
- Design and implement the core support ticket infrastructure: SLAs, escalation paths, and cross-functional workflows with Engineering and Product
- Optimize the CRM/ticketing environment (automations, reporting, routing) and build out a self-serve knowledge base including FAQs and troubleshooting guides
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating support patterns and user feedback into actionable product insights
- Define and track key operational KPIs and build automations to drive ongoing efficiency
- Champion team autonomy and maintain quality standards throughout a period of significant scale
What We Need to See (Essential)
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or Operations
- Experience in implementing modern support/ticketing platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Pylon or similar)
- Proficiency in maintaining & utilizing ticketing CRMs
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in hypergrowth environments and build processes from zero
- Comfort working across time zones (specifically West Coast)
