Title: Business Analyst Premium II – LCR Reporting
Duration: 9 Months - Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433
Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon.
Client is seeking a Business Analyst with experience supporting complex liquidity risk and regulatory reporting initiatives within capital markets or treasury environments. The candidate should have prior experience analyzing financial reporting requirements, interpreting regulatory logic, and translating business needs into structured reporting specifications. The individual will support the TANGO project team in the design, implementation, and validation of liquidity-related reports as part of an ongoing transformation effort.
- Scope of Work
The candidate will be responsible for completion of assigned duties and report to the Team Lead. The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions:
- Analysis and Requirements definition:
- Analyze liquidity risk reporting requirements and clarify functional expectations with stakeholders.
- Confirm scope, calculation logic, data inputs, output structure, and reporting assumptions.
- Document business requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory and policy objectives.
- Logic Review and Documentation:
- Review and assess existing reporting methodologies and calculation approaches.
- Identify transformation rules, aggregation logic, and classification frameworks.
- Document functional reporting logic in a clear and structured manner.
- Data Analysis and Mapping:
- Identify and validate relevant source systems and data elements supporting report construction.
- Confirm key fields, data relationships, and transformation requirements
- Ensure traceability from source data to final report output.
- Testing and Reconciliation:
- Support testing cycles and perform reconciliation between legacy and new reporting outputs.
- Investigate and explain variances at appropriate levels of detail.

Contact Center Modernization – Organizational Design Consultant
A large U.S. health agency is modernizing its contact centers to improve 24/7 virtual access to high-quality care. Advisory and implementation services are being provided to support this effort and facilitate large-scale adoption.
Role Overview
The Org Design Consultant is responsible for supporting the development of the target organizational design for the modernized contact center, including the design and implementation of future-state organizational structures, governance frameworks, reporting lines, and decision-making rights. The consultant will also contribute to key organization design activities, including clarifying roles, accountabilities, and ownership within the new organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and documentation of current and target-state organizational structures, ensuring comprehensive org charts, roles/responsibilities matrices, and governance models.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare, contact center, or technology modernization projects.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $86,100 - $151,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate‘s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Jr. ServiceNow Developer w/ Active Top Secret or DHS Clearance
Location: Hybrid in Ashburn, VA (must be onsite 2-3 days per week)
InDev is seeking a Jr. ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations that support homeland security mission outcomes. You’ll work hands-on across ITSM and adjacent modules, develop high-quality scripts and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate within an Agile team to deliver secure solutions aligned with DHS standards and FedRAMP requirements. This role will provide hands-on development for the government ServiceNow platform. This role also will ensure ServiceNow supports enterprise service delivery, governance, and modernization objectives, while aligning with the Technology Reference Model (TRM) and DHS enterprise IT standards. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and/or active DHS clearance. Salary will be based on number of years of experience.
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Development & Configuration
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC, etc.) to meet mission requirements.
- Build workflows, dashboards, catalog items, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Implement automation and performance improvements across ServiceNow capabilities.
- Write clean, maintainable JavaScript using the Glide API (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs).
Integrations & Automation
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and scripted transforms.
- Automate workflows with Flow Designer and platform APIs; optimize performance and data quality.
Quality & Delivery
- Participate in grooming and refinement; estimate and deliver within Scrum sprints.
- Use ATF and unit tests; perform code reviews; manage update sets and basic CI/CD (e.g., Git branching, peer review, promotion workflows).
- Troubleshoot incidents/problems, perform defect resolution, and execute performance tuning.

- Follow platform secure coding practices; support FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508 considerations.

QUALIFICATIONS
