This role is well suited for an attorney looking to and build a long-term career in franchise and corporate law in a sophisticated, collaborative practice The position offers meaningful autonomy, including responsibility for an existing client base, while also providing the opportunity to work closely with experienced franchise and corporate teams. About this role:
The Manager of Institutional Advisory Services leads the daily operations, client service delivery, and growth of Clearwater Capital Partners’ institutional advisory practice, managing a specialized team and ensuring excellence in plan governance, implementation, and fiduciary oversight. The role blends hands-on client leadership with strategic and managerial responsibilities, supporting business development, operational consistency, and regulatory compliance. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the institutional advisory team, ensuring high standards of client service, timely deliverables, and consistent plan oversight.
