The Opportunity


Electask is looking for its first sales hire — a rare chance to join a small but growing team at a genuine inflection point and build something from the ground up. This is a foundational role: the right hire doesn't just grow our sales function, they help determine what Electask looks like as we scale.


We make task and poll worker management software for election administrators, the people responsible for running the elections that underpin American democracy. In four years, we've grown from one customer to over 70 with virtually no formal sales function. Now we're ready to build one, and we want the right person to build it with us.


This isn't a role where you inherit a territory and work a playbook someone else wrote. You'll work directly alongside our CEO to close deals, shape our go-to-market strategy, and lay the foundation for a sales team we expect you to eventually lead.


What You'll Do

  • Drive outbound sales from prospecting through close, working alongside the CEO. That means email outreach, phone calls, and building genuine long-term relationships with election administrators across the country.
  • Travel to 10+ industry conferences per year — the places where election officials gather, learn, and make buying decisions. Think Lake Tahoe, San Diego, and South Padre Island, and plenty of towns in between.
  • Own relationships with decision-makers in county governments, demonstrating how Electask helps them run better elections.

  • Genuine comfort with high-volume outbound calling — this is a phone-first sales role, especially in the early days.
  • A builder's mindset. This is a build-it-yourself role — you'll own your pipeline, define the process, and set the standard for the sales team that follows.

Overview


Ennoble Care is seeking an Associate Director of Communications Systems to own our Dialpad and Zoho CRM platforms end to end—from day-to-day administration to the analytics that drive operational decisions for clinical leadership and the C-suite.


This is not just a systems administration role. You'll inherit active automation projects in Zoho (workflow rules, field permissions, validation logic, cross-module integrations) and a growing analytics practice around Dialpad call data (transfer acceptance rates, queue performance, agent productivity). You'll be expected to build on both—and you'll have AI tools at your disposal to do it. We're actively using AI to automate workflows, analyze call data, and eliminate manual processes across both platforms. You'll be expected to leverage these tools to move faster than a traditional admin ever could.


You'll report directly to the CIO and have regular visibility with the COO and executive leadership. This position is on-site at our Arlington, VA corporate headquarters.



Key Responsibilities


Dialpad Administration & Analytics (~610 users across 15+ offices and 11 states)


• Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning, license management (Connect vs Contact Center), number assignment, and extensions

• Configure and optimize call routing, IVR structures, queues, and office/department setup

• Build and maintain performance dashboards for clinical operations leadership—transfer acceptance rates (warm vs cold), queue performance, agent productivity, ring timeout analysis, voicemail detection

• Leverage AI tools to automate call data analysis, anomaly detection, and recurring reporting

• Track and report on KPIs weekly: call answer rate, abandon rate, average speed to answer, queue wait time

• Conduct root cause analysis when performance dips—whether it's a routing issue, a training gap, or a staffing constraint

• Serve as primary technical contact with Dialpad support and account team

• Troubleshoot call quality issues, agent status problems, and routing errors


Zoho CRM Administration & Automation (~50+ liaisons, scaling to 100+)


• Manage user creation, role/profile management, field-level permissions, module configuration, and layout customization

• Own and extend existing workflow automations—bonus point calculations, pathway expiration enforcement, focused pathway caps, cross-module lookups (house call / hospice), referral-to-liaison mapping

• Drive data integrity: account deduplication, referral source accuracy, sync monitoring between Zoho, OA (OperationsAccel), and MatrixCare

• Build liaison performance dashboards and automate the pulse report

• Reduce bonus reconciliation from ~16 hours/month of manual work to near-zero through automation

• Use AI-assisted development to build and iterate on Zoho workflow rules, validation logic, and cross-module integrations faster


Integrations & Cross-Platform


• Coordinate user lifecycle (provisioning/deprovisioning) across Dialpad and Zoho as part of onboarding/offboarding workflows

• Maintain integrations between Dialpad, Zoho, CallRail, and other systems

• Monitor sync reliability between Zoho, OA, and the Dialpad data warehouse (Azure SQL)

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of our condominium association clients. As the operations manager, you will prepare and set the budget, lead an annual meeting with the shareholders, and ensure the maintenance activities and projects around the property are completed timely and efficiently. You will have a team working closely together with you to accomplish the client’s objectives, freeing up time for you to lead some of the larger maintenance projects and ensure quality control of clients’ deliverables. 


Since you are part of a growing company, you will occasionally wear multiple hats. Amico Lane is on a mission to provide customer-focused property management support for condominium associations in the Washington, DC area. We believe in what we do and how we can serve our clients, and we need a natural project manager to support our clients as we continue to grow.  


Amico Lane exists within the property management industry, but we are seeking to disrupt our space. We believe that there’s a better way to serve condominium owners and board associations, and we are motivated to lean into innovation and change. 


To serve our clients well, we need to successfully manage a large number of moving pieces and complicated processes for them. We are growing and excited about how our team will continue to expand! 


Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repair 

  • Project manage a variety of maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, emergency response and very large projects
  • Track and report updates internally and externally to clients 
  • Conduct on-site property inspections a few times per year 
  • Problem solve maintenance issues and meet vendors on-site at the properties
  • Own SOPs for certain maintenance processes and innovate on them to create a better client experience 


Property Enhancement 

  • Provide recommendations to the Board regarding property improvements and necessary repairs including recommendations for establishing priorities among various projects to be done
  • Establish a project plan for large projects/capital improvements
  • Manage to project plan to ensure milestone deadlines are met and completed within budget


Condo Association Administration and Financial Management 

  • Manage and onboard a portfolio of clients 
  • Maintain meticulous records for each property in the portfolio
  • Prepare management reports for the Board of Directors including site inspection reports, monthly reports, budgetary details, and annual meeting materials
  • Prepare budgets for several real estate properties and present them to the board of directors 
  • Lead the associations’ annual meetings and help the teams make efficient decisions around their properties’ maintenance needs
  • Ability to review, interpret and ensure compliance with condominium association documentation


Vendor Management  

  • Liaise directly with vendor technicians
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing vendors to expand our resources and foster long-term partnerships
  • Facilitate competitive bidding for contracts as required by Association contracts


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (College degree preferred)
  • Industry certification preferred (e.g., Certified Manager of Community Associations, Association Management Specialist)
  • The ability to work in DC
  • The ability to be on call after hours one week per month, monitoring the emergency phone line on a rotating schedule with the team
  • Top notch communication skills - both written and verbal 
  • A track record of proven excellence in providing customer service
  • Real estate experience of being, or having been, a homeowner in a condominium association is a plus but not required
  • Spanish skills are a plus but not required
  • Proficient skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace Products 
  • Able to work independently, anticipate problems, and implement effective solutions
