Global Investing Services (GIS) is a specialized group that serves the trading, customer service and operational needs of both domestic and international clients interested in trading stocks that trade on exchanges outside the U.S. as well as foreign currencies. GIS has daily interactions from virtually every customer contact area of Schwab (Branches, Retail, Advisor Services, Schwab Wealth Advisory, etc.) and works to promote outstanding client experience as it relates to all facets of their international equity investments. GIS also has direct-line telephone contact with external market makers as well as the various major market centers in foreign securities. In addition to assisting US clients, GIS regularly serves clients living outside the U.S. that have international accounts with us to provide investment, trading and operational inquiries.
What you are good at:
This role is responsible for helping clients develop their trading expertise and grow their portfolios by imparting the knowledge and supporting the tools trader clients use to make them a more sophisticated, successful, and self-directed investor. This position is the subject matter expert in trading equities, derivatives (options, futures), and foreign exchange for not only our clients, but the goal is also to help clients develop their trading expertise and grow their portfolios by imparting the knowledge and supporting the tools these actively engaged clients use to make them a more sophisticated, successful self-directed investor. Representatives in this position will possess an advanced level of knowledge of trading equities, derivatives (options/futures), and foreign exchange. We g row business through asset gathering and product cross-sell while retaining assets through client confidence and loyalty. Together, we leverage industry knowledge and platform expertise to send well-positioned business leads to our partners in Retail Sales, Education and Trader Business Development. Additionaly, you'll influence and close business for Retails Sales associates by presenting self-directed active trader clients and prospects with industry standard for market understanding while attracting additional assets and business from our fully engaged clients, by meeting their service, education and trading resource needs.
What you have

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Series 7, 63 licenses required .
- Excellent communicative skills, both oral and written, and can succinctly explain complex topics with proper positioning, context, and accuracy.
- 3+ years of experience servicing clients and an equivalent level of knowledge of securities industry.
- Ability to educate clients and colleagues on complex concepts and to varying levels of expertise while displaying confidence, skill, and professionalism to resolve time-sensitive and possibly costly issues in a manner that strengthens the client relationship and mitigates risk for the firm.
- Must have necessary sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task utilizing strong business judgment and prioritization skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior professional trader level of expertise in equities, futures, market structure and a detailed knowledge of the securities industry and capital markets is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of equity trading experience, derivatives trading, or other equivalent experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industry, product availability, policies and procedures involving international client relationships.
- 9/10 License also preferred.

Veterinary Duties (80-90%) - Perform duties included in the associate Veterinarian job description. - Achieve specific production goals as elected in hospitals annual planning. - Maintain veterinary excellence by attending annual CE, striving for continuous improvement, and leading innovation within the veterinary team. Medical Director Duties (10-20%) - Consistently role model Medical Excellence, setting the example for the highest quality of medicine, client service, education, and efficiency. - Continuously strive to establish excellent relationships with all doctors resulting in engagement, retention, medical and surgical skill development, compassion fatigue abatement and modeling leadership that serves. - Manage the veterinarians in the hospital to include regular performance discussions, performance reviews, hiring, firing, discipline, corrective actions and the like. - Conduct regular coaching conversations with veterinarian team to support their ongoing individual development including production report and PCT review. - Support Practice Manager in establishing doctor schedule to ensure client needs for convenience and availability are met. - Participate in interview process for associate veterinarians; other staff as needed to support PM. - Attend annual conference held by MVP and demonstrate willingness to participate in networking events from time to time. - Attend hospital staff and leadership meetings as appropriate. - Hold monthly hospital doctor's meetings to include: - Educating and leading the veterinary team to make determinations around sku consolidation, appropriate product selection and laboratory strategy. - Ensure timely conveyance of contemporary topics and providing educational pieces in the pursuit of medical excellence. - Discuss new procedures and services that can be offered to clients to grow the business. - Strive for a culture of teamwork amongst all team members via engagement and empowerment with a high eNPS. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Screen Print Operator, this role is responsible for the general operation and maintenance of a press machine. The Press Operator responds to work orders, set up, operates, troubleshoots press and performs direct physical activity to complete work order in a timely manner while meeting the customer's quality specifications.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Production Associates ensure that each athlete we serve looks their best and compete with confidence. You'll work in one of the following roles: Digital Print, Embroidery, or Screen Print. General responsibilities include:
- Review work orders, observes specifications and any special notes and prepares work area to print multi-color work on garments.
- Ensure that your machine and work area is cleaned during their shift and before shift end, including disposing all trash and plastic bags, cleaning ink spills, clean all used screens and squeegees by scrapping off excess ink and put in the proper area.
- Maintenance of the machine includes ensuring that the press is kept clean and wiped down with press wash at least once per week.
- Utilize all personal protective equipment as required for personal safety and the safety of their peers.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

LHH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client in Greenwood, IN. This is a newly created position where you will join a long-standing organization who has a strong reputation within their industry and has doubled in size over the last few years. You will work with a variety of manufacturing equipment, complete continuous improvement projects, implement Lean manufacturing techniques, assist with new product designs, and more. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team.
This role is integral to our success in the Construction industry, as you will be responsible for estimating work of significant value, up to $200M.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating.
This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a reputable organization, where you will play a crucial role in contributing to our growth and success.
Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for construction projects up to $200M in value.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services.
Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions.
Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Interface with other individuals in the organization to obtain support and commitment to the cost estimates.
Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating in the construction industry.
Proven experience with projects up to $200M in value.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high-level accuracy in calculations and attention to detail.
Proficient with estimating software and spreadsheet software.
Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities.
Adept at cost strategy and planning, with the ability to create and deliver presentations.
Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and client base.
Proven ability to negotiate and communicate with suppliers and customers.
Demonstrated track record of successful estimating and project management.
