What You’ll Do: Data Architecture & Strategy: Evaluate and design a structure for West Side Tractor raw data collection from various data sources Business Requirements Analysis: Gather and understand business requirements for data analysis Data Preparation & Transformation: Acquire, clean, and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability Report & Dashboard Development: Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business needs Advanced Analytics & Metrics: Create complex calculations and measures to support decision-making Data Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards Issue Resolution & Optimization: Troubleshoot, resolve, and enhance Power BI reports and data models User Enablement & Training: Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve BI processes, tools, and reporting practices What We’re Looking For: Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or related field required Power BI Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models System Experience: Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics data Professional Certification: Power BI certification strongly preferred Data Modeling & Visualization Skills: Strong knowledge of data modeling and visualization best practices Data Warehousing Knowledge: Familiarity with data warehouse concepts Communication & Collaboration: Ability to clearly communicate insights and collaborate with both technical and business teams Ready to Join Us?
