Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role
• 2+ years writing complex SQL queries in production environments, including creating new queries from scratch and optimizing existing ones

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in detailed role briefings with clients alongside experienced Client Partners
• Conduct structured market mapping and competitor analysis to identify target talent pools
• Engage, qualify and assess senior-level executives against specific client mandates
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate leadership capability and functional expertise
• Provide clients with search updates, market intelligence, and candidate insights
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle, ensuring a professional and consultative experience
• Contribute to continuous refinement of search strategy and research methodology
