We’re representing a fast-growing litigation boutique seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to anchor and expand its Georgia practice.


Highlights

The Role

• Handle commercial litigation including partnership and construction disputes

• Manage matters from intake through resolution

• Draft motions, briefs, and discovery; take/defend depositions

• Attend hearings

• Support client development (firm provides strong inbound work)


Compensation

• Base: Up to $200K DOE

• Billables: ~1,600–1,800 (flexible structure)

• 10% origination bonus

• 40% bonus on work above target

• Team revenue bonus opportunities

Location

• Fully Remote — Georgia based

• Must be near Atlanta metro for court appearances


Must-Haves

• 4+ years commercial litigation experience

• Georgia Bar admission

• Ability to run cases end-to-end independently

• Strong legal writing and strategy skills

• Long-term platform mindset


Nice-to-Have

• First-chair or meaningful courtroom exposure

• Some in-house experience (combined with litigation)

• Interest in mentoring/leading

• Business development mindset
