Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production employees to ensure a quality product is produced to meet on-time delivery goals in a cost-effective and safe manner
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize work to produce products according to the production schedule.
- Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards are followed by all team members
- Actively coach, train, develop, and counsel employees for personal and professional growth opportunities to continually enhance their skill sets.
- Identifies training gaps and ensures production employees receive all required training in a timely manner and cross-training is completed as needed.
- Works with Manufacturing Manager to identify and implement improvement projects to increase safety, production efficiency, and reduce downtown.
- Perform daily shift audits and monitor scrap, molding and finishing performance to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by periodic inspections of production equipment, workstations, and plant. Request/direct corrective action as needed.
- Review shift-end reports for transaction errors, inefficiencies, and scrap issues and work to resolve issues through communication, training, or corrective action.
- Provide technical assistance with production/process problems
- Work with Human Resources in staffing activities such as interviewing, hiring, career pathing, and training and development of production employees.
- Maintain good employee relations and continuously monitor employee performance.
- Maintain personnel/attendance records of assigned employees.
- Investigate and document work-related injuries.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Production Employees, Quality Assurance Auditors
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of supervisor experience in manufacturing and/or a combination of relevant work experience and education in related field.
- Injection Molding experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills to develop, mentor, motivate, and hold others accountable
- Ability to mitigate teams conflicts and elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources / cross functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. IQMS a plus.
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to changing scheduling requirements.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to program CNC machines from scratch, when needed.
- Skilled in selecting optimal tool path strategies, including appropriate feeds, speeds, and depths of cuts.
- Ability to calculate RPM based on SFM.
- Versatility in operating both CNC vertical machining centers and turning centers is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail, capable of maintaining tight tolerances.
- Advanced knowledge of shop mathematics, including trigonometry.
- Strong ability to interpret and understand complex technical drawings and blueprints.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will provide analytical
oversight of the portfolio lifecycle and target markets for the Credentialing
Product Portfolio. This includes assessing and evaluating new opportunities and

development, sales, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives and and

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Portfolio Analysis & Market Assessment
- Evaluate new markets for the AMA's credentialing business, inclusive of developing business and financial models along with supporting companion strategies for product development and launch.
- Lead defined product team efforts focusing on new data acquisition and credentials verification of non-physician clinician types to support credentialing offerings, developing business cases when appropriate.
- In conjunction with leadership and product and business development team, contribute to the development and enhancement of a multi-year product roadmap and build consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $119,074-$157,855. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The Opportunity
As a dedicated Life Actuary Senior, you will lead advanced actuarial analyses and provide strategic insight into our reinsurance programs across Life and Annuity product portfolios. Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $143,320 - $265,950.

The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.
In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

- 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development
- 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
- A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
- A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
- 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
