Job Description:

UNICO is seeking an Area Lead - Senior Resident Engineer with experience leading local, state and federally funded transportation contracts for projects located in the Northern California Bay Area. Must have 10+ years relevant industry experience, familiar with transportation, transit or operational facilities type projects. Type of infrastructure projects include civil improvements, structural facilities, electrical and mechanical systems, underground utilities, earthwork, TOD, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

The Area Lead - Senior Resident Engineer will be responsible for successful completion of construction projects. Specific responsibilities include being an owner’s representative, attending and running client and contractor meetings, reviewing plans and specifications and ensuring compliance with documents, providing project documentation in the form of letters, RFI/Submittal responses, change orders, etc., overseeing field inspection, supervising project inspection teams, and providing technical guidance and quality assurance, maintaining project controls including cost and schedule management. The Position

Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Contra Costa Health, the Chief Financial Officer serves as the senior financial leader and strategic advisor for the department. The CFO is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, revenue cycle oversight, capital planning, and regulatory compliance.

The CFO leads the Finance Division of approximately 160 staff and provides fiscal leadership for an integrated public health system with an annual operating budget of approximately $4 billion.

Project Managers are responsible for managing assigned construction projects. Compensation

In accordance with applicable law, we provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. Compensation decisions consider factors such as skill set, experience, training, certifications, and business needs. We apply a total rewards philosophy in determining overall compensation.

• Senior Analyst: $110,000 – $120,000 base salary
• Associate: $130,000 – $150,000 base salary

Both levels are eligible for a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

• Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
• Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
• Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
• Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
• Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
• Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
• Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
• Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
• At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
