Job description: Human Resources Manager: Bergen County, NJ: $125,000–$140,000+ We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join a sizable law firm in Bergen County.

This role serves as a key partner to senior leadership and plays a central role in firmwide HR operations.

The position offers strong visibility, meaningful impact on employee relations and talent strategy, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting attorneys and professional staff across multiple offices.
