About the Role
You will be embedded within AMG’s interdisciplinary engineering teams, influencing facility decisions from early planning through construction and startup. The Industrial Architect will work on multiple projects of varying size and scope and be responsible for ensuring that buildings, layouts, and life-safety systems are fully aligned with process flow, equipment integration, engineering systems, and applicable building codes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with AMG’s structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, routing, access, and maintenance needs
- Serve as the architectural authority for code compliance within interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring architectural designs comply with all applicable local, state and national codes.
- Perform comprehensive building code analysis and reviews, including: Occupancy classification, Life safety and egress, Fire protection coordination, Accessibility and regulatory requirements
- Participate in early project planning, feasibility studies, and facility concept development
- Support capital projects through design development, construction documentation, and construction-phase services
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve design and constructability challenges
- Translate industrial engineering and process inputs into compliant, constructible architectural solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering Required
- Registered Architect
- No less than 5 years of experience supporting commercial or industrial projects such as: manufacturing, distribution & logistics centers, storage buildings, warehouses, data centers, industrial or process-driven facilities
- Full working knowledge of: Building codes, life-safety requirements, Code review and compliance in industrial environments
- Experience producing industrial construction documents
- Experience working within interdisciplinary engineering and construction project teams

Job Summary:
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is the primary technical leader for manufacturing operations in a small, hands-on production environment encompassing light machining, welding, stamping, and assembly. This role owns day-to-day manufacturing support, process control, quality system execution, customer and supplier quality interface, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong shop-floor presence, decisive problem solving, and the ability to balance tactical production needs with longer-term system and process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a resource-lean environment, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and is equally comfortable troubleshooting on the floor, communicating with customers, and implementing structured quality systems. This is a high-impact role on the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Support
- Lead resolution of daily production issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, cost.
- Perform structured root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, SPC, etc) and implement effective corrective actions.
- Drive scrap reduction, rework elimination, and process improvement projects.
- Support automation initiatives from concept through implementation, including vendor selection, scope development, integration, and validation.
- Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities; develop inspection standards if needed.
- Perform gage R&R, capability studies, and validate measurement systems.
- Own quality documentation, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
- Support maintenance activities (less wrench-turning, more technical analysis and working with vendors).
Customer & Supplier Interface
- Primary quality point-of-contact for customers manage/coordinate complaints, returns, warranty evaluations, and PPAP/FAI submissions.
- Communicate containment actions, investigation findings, and long-term corrective actions, as needed.
- Work with suppliers to resolve incoming material issues and improve performance.
- Conduct supplier assessments and support development initiatives when needed.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to purchasing and/or vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred. Equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience with demonstrated technical growth will be considered.
- In-depth knowledge of machining, welding, stamping, and assembly. Preference will be given to those with actual machining and/or welding experience.
- Ability to lead an automation project from start to finish. Requires in depth knowledge of automation concepts, working with outside vendors.
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, in a technical support role such as engineering, quality, etc.
- Strong understanding of problem-solving tools: 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Etc. Considered an expert-level problem solver with high abilities.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and internal auditing.

Summary: The Global Commodity Sourcing Specialist is responsible for protecting revenue and executing gross margin improvements. RTI International is seeking self-motivated and outgoing individuals to work on an important and long-standing government-sponsored study, the National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), as Part-Time Field Interviewers.
The National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), conducted by the federal government since 1973, is a national survey of women and men, 15-49 years of age, designed to provide national estimates of factors affecting pregnancy and birth rates, and general reproductive health. The topics covered in the NSFG are sensitive but extremely important for understanding women’s and men’s health and well-being in the United States.
The NSFG interview covers sexual activity, contraceptive use, pregnancy history (including pregnancy loss), infertility, relationship experience, (including marriages and cohabitation), use of medical services (including family planning, infertility services, and preventative health care), and experience with adoption and foster care. For more information on the NSFG research project and requirements, please see: Interviewers will make face-to-face visits to selected households to screen for eligible respondents and conduct in-person NSFG interviews. Given the survey description above, these interviews require asking sensitive questions to selected respondents in a private setting using a project-provided tablet.

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to join a dynamic team.
The primary role of the Cloud Architect is to help develop robust technical solutions and detailed execution plans that align with the center's prioritized IT and data requirements. Daily responsibilities involve carefully evaluating existing data repositories and applications amongst the customers to determine how to consolidate and migrate to more efficient and modern technologies. The responsibility also requires the architect to work closely with the members of the cloud team to refine data, IT, and cloud adoption strategies, ensuring that every piece of technology and every process contributes to our overall mission effectiveness.
In addition, the role also encompasses cybersecurity and security control requirements to safeguard IT infrastructure, lead the deployment of cloud architectures and applications, and continuously assess new technologies that could meet mission objectives. We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to join a growing, innovative manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple sites domestically and internationally, in alignment with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
The Quality Manager will partner closely with operational leaders and process owners to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support organizational performance objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across all company locations
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer requirements, and legal regulations (e.g., ISO-based standards)
- Provide high levels of internal and external customer support by investigating and resolving quality issues and complaints
- Train teams on quality procedures and provide ongoing methodological support
- Define, monitor, and report on quality performance indicators and documentation systems
- Lead quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with operational leadership
- Establish quality objectives, audit plans, and monitoring processes
- Develop, update, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and guidelines
- Stay current on evolving quality regulations and standards
- Identify root causes of quality issues, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory compliance at the federal, state, and local levels
- Working knowledge of risk management tools and methodologies
- Experience with manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, finishing, and metrology (e.g., CMM controls)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, training, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Proven analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
- 5–10 years of experience in Quality Management or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment
- QMS and Internal Auditor certifications strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software tools
