This onsite role directs high-level financial operations, oversees the accounting team, and ensures accurate, compliant reporting across the organization. The position strengthens internal controls, supports budgeting and analysis, and maintains the financial structure that guides company decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Support department development by identifying training needs and coordinating training efforts.

• Establish and maintain internal controls and documented financial procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 10+ years of related accounting experience.
