The Portfolio Schedule Manager will establish and enforce scheduling standards, integrate execution schedules with cost insights, and deliver clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership and Crusoe clients. What you'll be working on:
- Lead portfolio-level construction scheduling and project controls across multiple large infrastructure or hyperscale data center projects
- Establish, enforce, and continuously improve minimum scheduling standards, including schedule structure, coding, progress measurement, update cadence, and reporting
- Own portfolio schedule reporting, clearly communicating schedule health, forecasted milestones, critical path impacts, and overall delivery risk to leadership and clients
- Integrate schedule and cost insights to highlight schedule-driven cost risks, acceleration impacts, and downstream financial implications

What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
- 12+ years of experience in construction scheduling and project controls for large infrastructure, hyperscale data center, or complex capital programs
- Advanced scheduling expertise; Primavera P6 proficiency and/or advanced scheduling certifications strongly preferred
- Proven experience establishing and enforcing scheduling standards across multi-project portfolios
- Strong ability to assess schedule health, critical path impacts, and milestone risk at both project and portfolio levels
- Experience integrating schedule and cost data to inform leadership decisions
- Demonstrated leadership managing and guiding scheduling teams and external service providers

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $180,000 – $225,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The engineer specializing in prototyping & fabrication is expected to serve as the on-site technical focal point for diverse range of prototyping and fabrication techniques, including the development of advanced and novel fabrication methods serving a diverse and dynamic project portfolio of applications development work typical for SVTC.
The successful candidate will lead fabrication components of critical projects and assist in the testing and characterization of fabricated products.
KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engineer specializing in prototyping and fabrication techniques, including development of advanced/non-standard methods for unique applications
• Adept at hands-on lab work, creative thinking, problem solving in a unique and fast-paced applications engineering laboratory environment

About the Job: Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS, responsible for system configuration, maintenance, updates, and ongoing optimization Act as the technical lead for the ADP Workforce Now Benefits module, including building and maintaining plan structures, eligibility rules, and payroll deduction codes Manage automated file feeds (EDI) between ADP and insurance carriers, monitoring error reports, troubleshooting issues, and resolving data discrepancies Conduct monthly audits of benefit invoices (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, etc.), reconciling carrier billing against payroll deductions to ensure 100% accuracy Lead the technical setup and post-enrollment audit for the annual Open Enrollment process, ensuring accurate data flow between enrollment, payroll, and carriers Track ACA-eligible hours and manage year-end 1095-C form generation within ADP Coordinate with HR leadership on disability and FMLA leaves, managing leave tracking and benefit calculations Assist with data preparation for Form 5500 filings, Medicare Part D reporting, non-discrimination testing, and Summary Annual Reports (SAR) Ensure accurate data transmission for COBRA notifications sent to third-party administrators Address user inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and provide guidance on HRIS and benefits best practices Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and workflows About You: 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration with a strong focus on HRIS management Required hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including the Benefits module, reporting, and file feed monitoring Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) for high-volume data auditing and invoice reconciliation Strong systems-thinking mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential financial and personal data Self-starter able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Strong PC proficiency and familiarity with standard office technology Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI compliance requirements Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship This hybrid opportunity is based in Camden, NJ.

Job Summary:
Asheville Cardiology Associates (ACA) is seeking an advanced practice provider to join our expanding general cardiology practice in Asheville, North Carolina. Qualified Candidates:
- Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams
- Has, and maintains, current license with the North Carolina Medical Board
- BLS, ACLS certification required
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Cardiology APP experience preferred; and/or cardiology clinical rotations
Position Highlights
- Hybrid Role - IP /OP Position
- Standard 80 hrs. per bi weekly pay period
- Schedule is a mix of 12; 10 and 8 hr. shifts
- Provides coverage 7 days a week, primarily day shift, with occasional night shifts, when primary night shift APPs are out
- Works closely with Physicians and Residents
- Perform admissions, discharges, consults and general rounds on cardiology patients.
- Typical work schedule is 7AM - 5 PM
- "Late stay" coverage - 7 AM-7 PM or 7 AM- 3 PM
