Position Summary:
The Spear Group has an excellent career growth opportunity for an experienced Owner’s Side Capital Project Scheduler to be part of an exciting life sciences capital project controls team in the Linden, NJ area. This on-site NJ Scheduler /project controls professional is an owner’s side Scheduler and supports the pharma client’s owner’s side project controls team to contribute to successful capital project delivery. This P6 Scheduler position is a key project controls team member of a highly integrated pharma manufacturing CAPEX project delivery team working to deliver a top-tier, innovative pharma manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Scheduling support with collaborative team focus driven to support planning requirements including all phases from project inception through qualification. The position requires being a self-starter while communicating with all stakeholders to provide scheduling / planning deliverables and updates as necessary.
- SCHEDULING responsibilities are to help develop, maintain, and report on the Master Project Schedule utilizing lean project management methodologies and other industry capital project delivery approaches, best practices, and tools ( i.e. Primavera 6 / P6 , OPC, TAKT, Last Planner System, Pull Planning, Netpoint….). - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work as a team to collaborate effectively with all levels and all capital project team members to ensure understanding of planning/scheduling requirements and continuous improvement of data, tools, and processes; in a Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) environment. Possess leadership skills necessary to transform and sustain a high performing group of technical project controls professionals. Drive scheduling and planning development for projects and attend recurring and non-recurring project related meetings as required.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry is preferred but related project-based industry P6 scheduling experience will be considered as well, including CM / Construction Management P6 scheduling experience. EXPERIENCE in strategic planning/scheduling and Lean Project Delivery Best Practices (e.g. Target Value Delivery, Last Planner®, Takt planning, Touchplan®, NetPoint®) is a significant plus, along with knowledge of AE, CM, and Professional Service providers planning/scheduling means and methods.
Required Experience and Education:
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling and project control functions.

RTI International is seeking self-motivated and outgoing individuals to work on an important and long-standing government-sponsored study, the National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), as Part-Time Field Interviewers.
The National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), conducted by the federal government since 1973, is a national survey of women and men, 15-49 years of age, designed to provide national estimates of factors affecting pregnancy and birth rates, and general reproductive health. The topics covered in the NSFG are sensitive but extremely important for understanding women’s and men’s health and well-being in the United States.
The NSFG interview covers sexual activity, contraceptive use, pregnancy history (including pregnancy loss), infertility, relationship experience, (including marriages and cohabitation), use of medical services (including family planning, infertility services, and preventative health care), and experience with adoption and foster care. For more information on the NSFG research project and requirements, please see: Interviewers will make face-to-face visits to selected households to screen for eligible respondents and conduct in-person NSFG interviews. Given the survey description above, these interviews require asking sensitive questions to selected respondents in a private setting using a project-provided tablet.

Training Details
You must attend a paid 7-day virtual training, not including the weekend, scheduled for April 13 –April 21, 2026 between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm eastern. You are also required to complete a self-administered home study and pre-training courses prior to attending virtual training.

About the role
The Teradata Lead Administrator is responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy, governance, and operational excellence of the Teradata ecosystem across on premise and cloud environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with architectural leadership, platform modernization, FinOps discipline, and cross functional collaboration. The administrator will drive platform reliability, performance, security, and scalability while guiding teams, managing vendors, and supporting enterprise data initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Platform Strategy & Architecture
- • Develop and own the Teradata platform roadmap, including modernization, integration, and compatibility planning.
- • Design and govern HADR architecture, capacity models, workload tiering, and cross cloud QueryGrid policies.
- • Provide architectural support for Vantage topology, scaling strategies, observability, and cost control frameworks.
- • Lead PoCs for new capabilities, tools, and integrations.
Governance, Operations & Performance
- • Establish and enforce SLAs, SLIs, audit frameworks, and antipattern governance.
- • Drive systemwide performance tuning and multi tier workload management policies.
- • Define automation standards and support WLM as code governance, including code reviews and fixes.
- • Oversee DR strategy, backup and recovery processes, and compliance with enterprise data security policies.
Cloud, Network & FinOps
- • Support right sizing of compute and storage tiers, including FinOps planning and governance.
- • Contribute to hybrid network architecture, DXTGW strategy, Security Hub, Config, Guardium, and enterprise IAM/RBAC governance.

Operational Excellence & Support

As an Account Executive at Commercient, you’ll own the full sales cycle for our AI automation and chatbot solutions, from prospecting and demos to closing complex B2B SaaS deals. You’ll work directly with customers to understand real business problems and translate cutting-edge AI—LLMs, intelligent automation, and ERP–CRM integrations—into practical, high-impact outcomes. This is a SaaS sales role for someone excited to sell sophisticated AI technology, engage senior stakeholders, and help shape the next generation of AI-driven sales motions.
At Commercient, you’ll own the full sales cycle, working directly with decision-makers to understand business challenges and position high-impact solutions that combine ERP, CRM, and AI capabilities.

What You’ll Do
As our Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines driving our growth:
- Prospect, pitch, and close deals for our AI technology solution such as our chatbot
- Build and nurture strong client relationships with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- Represent Commercient at meetings, demos, and events across the US
- Gather insights from the market to help shape our product and sales strategy

Who You Are
- Sales hunter with a passion for building relationships and closing deals

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields (optional if you have killer sales results!)
- 3-7 years of experience in SaaS or AI solution sales (ERP, CRM, or automation experience strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or ERP ecosystems
- Understanding of AI chatbots, RAG systems, or natural language interfaces (bonus if you can explain GPT, embeddings, or vector databases in plain English)
- Consultative, high-EQ selling style with technical curiosity
- Comfortable engaging at C-level and VP-level
- Self-starter with strong pipeline discipline and storytelling ability
- Excited about shaping a next-generation AI sales motion
- Experience with any Chatbot or LLM tech stack: Google Gemini, Google AI Studio, Open AI, Liveperson, Drift chat, Microsoft Copilot, Agents, Agentforce, HubSpot AI, Support desk or Helpdesk AI assistants, Slack AI assistants, etc.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment
- Applicants must have near-native English proficiency. A short written and verbal English evaluation will be part of the selection process.
