The VP of Global Procurement is responsible for managing the overall supplier risk, year over year supplier productivity, VAVE and driving aggressive cost reductions in partnership with the suppliers and the engineering departments. The role is also responsible for maintaining consistency in purchasing and sourcing methodology and procedures, development of sourcing & procurement strategies, vendor management, analysis & negotiation of client/supplier service level agreements and contracts, supplier relationship management and identifying and implementing process improvement. Responsibilities:
- Design, drive and execute the overall global sourcing strategy
