Role Summary
The Senior Legal Counsel will be a core member of the U.S. investment platform, providing hands-on legal support across the full lifecycle of private equity and alternative investment transactions, as well as day-to-day corporate, governance, regulatory, and operational matters. The role works closely with senior leadership, investment professionals, and external advisors, and requires strong commercial judgment, decisiveness, and comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving environment.
This position is well-suited for a transaction-oriented legal professional with meaningful private equity deal experience who is seeking a long-term, growth-oriented in-house role with broad responsibility and autonomy. The Senior Legal Counsel is expected to independently own matters, balance legal risk with business objectives, and act as a pragmatic business partner to the U.S. investment and operating teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal partner for the U.S. platform, providing hands-on legal support across the full lifecycle of private equity and alternative investments, including structuring, execution, M&A transactions, and ongoing portfolio management
- Act as a corporate generalist supporting the day-to-day legal needs of the family office and its operating and investment entities
- Operate as an embedded business partner, driving legal matters to resolution, exercising sound commercial judgment, and providing clear, practical recommendations
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including investment, shareholder, operating, financing, commercial, and service agreements
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and other complex transactions across multiple sectors
- Advise on corporate governance matters, entity structuring, and compliance matters for a U.S.-based organization operating across multiple states and internationally
- Provide legal guidance across a diverse portfolio of industries; experience with sectors such as gaming, oil & gas, manufacturing, software, technology, and real estate is viewed as a plus
- Manage and coordinate external counsel, including leading transaction workflows, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring cost-effective, high-quality legal execution
- Advise senior leadership on regulatory, compliance, and risk management matters relevant to a family office, private equity, and operating company environment
- Balance legal risk with commercial objectives by delivering practical, solutions-oriented advice in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Where applicable, support the development and mentoring of legal or cross-functional team members and contribute to building scalable legal processes
- Remain flexible and open to travel as required in support of transactions and portfolio companies

Qualifications & Experience
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Approximately 5–10 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for private equity–focused transactional and M&A experience
- Background in a leading law firm and/or in-house environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex M&A and private investment transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution
- Experience operating as a corporate generalist, handling a broad range of legal matters across transactions, governance, regulatory, and commercial areas
- Exposure to multi-state U.S. operations and cross-border or international transactions
- Ability to operate independently in a lean environment, exercising sound judgment and ownership over matters from initiation through resolution
- Prior experience working closely with investment professionals, senior executives, or principals in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting
- Management or mentorship experience is a plus, but not required
- Licensed to practice in New York, Delaware, and/or Massachusetts is preferred.

Position Overview
The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations while driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Strategy

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $205,000 to $235,000. The OTE for this position is $220,000. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The IP Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in a wide range of complex legal projects and tasks, primarily as relates to all phases of intellectual property litigation, including research, discovery, summary judgment, Markman, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. JOB DUTIES:
- Manages and maintains ownership over all facets of assigned complex ITC, federal, state, and pro bono case.
- Acts as lead paralegal or secondary paralegal on assigned cases.
- Monitors, maintains and updates departmental case database, assigned dockets, and deadlines.
- Anticipates workload and upcoming deadlines by proactively working ahead whenever possible.
- Coordinates with colleagues and/or other departments to ensure completion of assigned tasks and requests.

- Uses advanced knowledge of eDiscovery tools and assumes a leadership role during the discovery phase of each case, including discovery platform and vendor management, litigation holds, data mapping, custodian interviews, chains of custody, document collections, document reviews (including loading, searching, reviewing, tagging, coding), document productions, and privilege logs.
- Coordinates and schedules depositions, hearings, and trials with the highest level of independence.
- Provides trial support including preparation, related travel and logistics, courtroom and war room setup, while demonstrating utmost flexibility in responding to trial demands.
- Provides problem-solving research and feedback relating to new and/or revised procedures, workflow efficiencies, law and/or rule changes, group/department/firm initiatives, etc. as needed.
- Regularly assists the litigation management team with guiding, mentoring, and training others as needed. Acts as a resource for others to enhance overall productivity of the firm.
- Works with litigation management team to provide research and administration of tasks or initiatives that benefit the department’s overall goals including the active participation in committees, pilots or product deployment at any stage.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of seven (7) years of work experience in an IP litigation practice supporting a litigation practice, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of assigned intellectual property area (litigation). Thorough understanding of the complexities of intellectual property business relationships (i.e., clients, co-owners, assignees, licensees, foreign associates, other counsel, employment agreements, etc.). Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe, as well as legal billing, case, and document management systems.
- Expertly skilled in conducting research via various search engines, including PACER, DocketNavigator, LexisNexis, Westlaw, as well as court and agency websites.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Director to lead and evolve our quality function as we scale regulated medical devices that incorporate AI/ML software. This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and data science and will be critical in ensuring our products meet regulatory requirements while maintaining development velocity.
You’ll report to the VP of Quality & Regulatory and work closely with Engineering, Regulatory, Clinical, and Operations. The right person for this role is comfortable in a fast-moving environment and knows how to build practical, right-sized quality systems.

Lead the Quality Function
