Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join us at Lafayette Otolaryngology Associates located in Lafayette, IN.
We have been providing excellent medical care for patients in the Greater Lafayette area since 1983 and recently joined the Franciscan Physician Network. Lafayette ENT specializes in the comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders, head and neck tumors, facial trauma and facial plastic surgery. The practice offers an amazing opportunity to join a group of collegial partners with a generous compensation structure and a focus on work-life balance.
Currently the practice employs three Board Certified Otolaryngologists. The excellent care of patients over the years has led to multiple generations of families trusting their needs to our physicians.

Lafayette ENT has also partnered with Purdue University Speech Pathology.

Maintenance Manager – Casting Operations
Location: Lafayette, Indiana
The Partners Alliance has been retained to identify a dynamic and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead casting maintenance operations at a major aluminum manufacturing facility in Lafayette, Indiana.
This position provides strategic leadership and direction for all maintenance resources supporting critical casting equipment and processes. The Maintenance Manager will lead the Casting Maintenance Department within a matrixed organization, driving reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader who can build alignment across departments, influence stakeholders at all levels, and successfully implement plant-wide maintenance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance operations supporting Ingot and Aluminum-Lithium cast houses
- Provide strong leadership to a skilled technical workforce
- Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, prioritize, and implement effective solutions
- Champion TPM (Total Predictive Maintenance) strategies and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience with a strong technical foundation
- Demonstrated leadership capability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience deploying and sustaining TPM programs
- Comprehensive understanding of maintenance and engineering best practices
Additional Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (verification required at time of hire; visa sponsorship is not available)
- Ability to obtain access to controlled technology as defined under Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730 et seq.) and/or International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Compliance verification may require authorization from the appropriate government agency.
