Clinical Rotation Description:

This clinical rotation prepares Family Nurse Practitioner students for ambulatory care settings. MinuteClinic accomplishes this goal by not only meeting the academic standards of the school, but by providing students with a well-rounded experience that includes specialized online training, patient interaction, visibility to our EMR and the opportunity to work in a new and exciting model of health care. Our preceptors have a passion for teaching and sharing their knowledge. All of our providers have exceptional clinical skills and are experts in the operational skills required to run their own clinic. MinuteClinic?s student clinical program offers the most unique experience available, because you are doing more than just enhancing your clinical skills: Practical education including clinic operations, public relations, marketing, insurance procedures, and use of evidence based guidelines. Students will gain exposure in an ambulatory care setting and develop an understanding of how these clinics fit into the current structure of health care delivery. You?ll develop an understanding of how our corporate office relates to and supports our clinical practice. Most MinuteClinic locations are open 7 days a week and our providers? schedules are compressed, so clinical days can vary from week-to-week. Clinic locations may also vary depending on schedule of your assigned preceptor.

Required Qualifications :

To participate, you must be enrolled in a Family Nurse Practitioner program that already has an executed Affiliation Agreement with MinuteClinic. FNP students must have an RN license in the state in which they will be precepting. We will also verify with your program faculty that you are eligible for a clinical rotation at MinuteClinic.

Job Description

The Director, Wealth Strategist (DWS) is a member of the wealth strategy team and will work independently with Cresset clients and advisors as well as supporting senior wealth strategists. The DWS will also serve as an internal resource for advisors and collaborate on substantive issues with teammates. The DWS will work to support families as a subject area expert in basic estate planning, wealth transfer planning, philanthropy, and trust and fiduciary advisory. The DWS will be primarily responsible for reviewing and summarizing existing documents, providing observations for amendments or opportunities for additional advanced planning opportunities, running tax projections, modeling advanced planning techniques and providing ongoing advice regarding the administration of family structures.

Job Overview:

Insight Global, LLC is seeking a Government Contracts attorney with 5+ years of federal, state and local government contract experience, to assist our public sector division with a broad range of government contracting matters.

Specific Duties/Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate should have experience handling federal, state and local government contracts, including negotiating/drafting subcontracts and prime contracts, FAR/DFARS compliance, audits/investigations, government contracts supply chain, cyber and/or IP issues, and disputes/claims. Responsibilities include:

  • Advise and provide solutions to internal employees servicing public sector-based clients on issues relating to the pursuit and performance of federal, state and local government contracts, including with respect to federal procurement law and regulation, cost accounting standards, federal facility and personnel clearance matters, cybersecurity, and other compliance requirements for federal government contractors.
  • Structure, review and negotiate government and commercial agreements including government subcontracts and vendor agreements, teaming agreements, and other federal practice-related business agreements as necessary.
  • Provide advice to the internal business units and leadership, including implementing policies and procedures to minimize enterprise risk, particularly those associated with the government contracting practice.
  • Proactively identify and resolve government contracting regulatory and compliance issues, including responding to government audits and investigations.
  • Collaborate with various subject matter experts and other legal and non-legal specialists within the company to support matters impacting the business, including with respect to intellectual property, cybersecurity, talent, and ethics.
  • Efficiently manage government contract disputes, inquiries and audits, including the proactive supervision of outside counsel.
  • Support the public sector division's contract function and compliance programs, including preparing and conducting training on government contracting and compliance topics.

Skills/Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Active member of a U.S. State or Commonwealth bar.
  • 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably supporting government contractors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience with federal contract types and contacting principles, laws, Executive Orders, regulations and procedures applicable to pre-award and post-award actions (including the FAR, DFARS, and GSA regulations).
  • Business-focused and creative approach to problem solving and the ability to efficiently manage a substantial number of issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with delivery and implementation of technology (including software, SaaS, AI/ML, and other solutions) for government contractors is not required but a plus.
  • Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity requirements, including NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC and federal supply chain compliance requirements is not required but a plus.
  • Familiarity with the management of GSA offerings, compliance processes, price management and the financial reporting process is not required but a plus.
