We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NICU Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate professional with a genuine desire to improve the health and lives of neonates. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our smallest and most vulnerable patients, while also offering support and education to their families.   • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonates, including those requiring ventilator support, CPAP/HFNC management, phototherapy management, and thermoregulation & incubator care.

  • Implement and manage neonatal resuscitation protocols as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to formulate, implement, and evaluate a plan of care for each patient.
