Overview:

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to generate new business and expand OEM and Tier automotive accounts. This role is ideal for a true “hunter” who thrives on building pipeline, winning new opportunities, and growing customer relationships in a competitive environment.

You will work cross-functionally with purchasing, quality, and customer service teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements and company objectives. This role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting through closing—and plays a key role in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
• Maintain a strong “hunter” mindset focused on prospecting and expanding the customer base
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiation, and closing
• Grow assigned accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities beyond existing business

Customer Engagement

• Collaborate with customer purchasing, engineering, and quality teams to define requirements and develop solutions
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and plant visits to identify and support new projects

Pipeline & Sales Management

• Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline to track opportunities and forecast activity
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals
• Document all activity and opportunities within the CRM system

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (automotive or OEM preferred)
• Experience selling fasteners and/or C-class components strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to travel up to 30% (including air travel)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during customer visits

Provide Safety Health and Environmental leadership and training to ensure continuous improvement in EHS performance. This is primarily a support role working under the site EHS Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Supportive role providing Health, Safety and Environmental direction, leadership, and training to ensure continuous improvement in EHS performance
• Contribute to and support compliance programs, procedures, and policies and acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies when necessary
• Support all health, safety, and environmental programs, including developing, writing, implementing, auditing, and maintaining policies and procedures in compliance with company, local, state and federal rules and regulations
• Provide training to employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemical, toxins, equipment, and other materials
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations including recordkeeping
• Lead role in weekly safety meetings, and coordinator for EHS training including communications
• Performs inspections for potential EHS risks, determines corrective or preventive measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented
• Major contributor during Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigation of incidents, injuries, and near misses and drives action items to closure
• Assists with implementation and compliance for all environmental programs
• Assists with management of Workers Compensation claims
• Supportive role following PSM Practices such as Employee Participation, Mechanical Integrity, Management of Change, and Pre-Startup Safety Review
• Performs routine job skills analysis and task assessments
• Demonstrates commitment to safety
• Some evening or weekend work may be required

Required Education And Experience

• BS degree in Health, Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of experience in a health and safety role at a manufacturing location, preferably in the chemical or food industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, including the ability to train
• Working knowledge of OSHA and USEPA regulatory matters covering industrial chemical process operations
• Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Functions independently as a primary care practitioner as part of a patient care team.

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Manager oversees and performs maintenance operations for a liquid bulk terminal. This role involves directing personnel, contractors, and resources to complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on tanks, meters, pumps, valves, piping systems, gear reducers, filters, strainers, vehicles, cranes, forklifts, and other equipment essential to terminal operations.

The Maintenance Manager also coordinates the insulation and painting of tanks, piping, handrails, and structural supports; manages the cleaning of tanks; and ensures proper upkeep of maintenance facilities, equipment, and grounds. Additionally, this position participates in spill response, hazardous and non-hazardous material handling, tank cleaning, and other safety- and environmental-related activities.

The Maintenance Manager directly supervises up to six employees and is responsible for training, planning, assigning, and reviewing work, evaluating performance, and resolving issues in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Report maintenance activities, projects, and concerns to management.
• Promote and adhere to all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Implement and enforce maintenance operating procedures.
• Monitor environmental, health, and safety performance within the maintenance team.
• Support the achievement of corporate Quality Management and Food Safety objectives.
• Maintain compliance with ISO Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Ensure product safety for food-grade operations.
• Schedule, supervise, and evaluate maintenance personnel and workloads.
• Develop maintenance operating procedures as needed.
• Train staff, maintain training documentation, and coordinate recordkeeping with safety personnel.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns related to maintenance activities.
• Prepare corrective action reports as necessary.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in maintenance buildings and terminal grounds.
• Verify that terminal equipment and assets are inspected and serviced per preventive maintenance schedules, manufacturer requirements, and company procedures.
• Oversee on-site contractors and obtain project quotes from vendors.
• Prepare and submit cost estimates for maintenance and capital projects.
• Manage inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, steam systems, nitrogen systems, mixers, compressors, and valves.
• Oversee vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance (e.g., pay loaders, bobcats, cranes, man-lifts).
• Schedule terminal painting and general infrastructure upkeep.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, loaders, torches, and lifts for maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and maintain tank foundations, steam coils, vents, relief valves, and gaskets.
• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget.
• Maintain tools and ensure proper use and secure storage.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical school diploma in a related field; or
• One to two years of related maintenance or supervisory experience; or
• Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
