Tono Health is pioneering the future of specialty medicine, starting with dermatology. While patients wait months for appointments, Tono connects the healthcare ecosystem—Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Health Systems—to world-class dermatologists in days, not months.
Tono Health is one of the fastest-growing specialty access platforms in the country. We are now in 32 states and reach over 80% of the US population. We are building a state-of-the-art commercial and clinical hub designed to optimize collaboration.
You will be working directly with the co-founders and our elite team of dermatologists and engineers, many of whom have joined us from Amazon, Apple, Twitter, and top-tier institutions including Columbia, Einstein, Harvard, Mount Sinai, and Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK). Together, we’re building a company at the intersection of medicine and technology to unlock new possibilities.
We’re proud to be backed by leading investors, including Village Global, a venture firm backed by some of the world’s most successful entrepreneurs, including Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Michael Dell, and chaired by Reid Hoffman. We are also partnered with HOF Capital, bringing a global network of over 240 strategic industry leaders across 37 countries, and Oncology Ventures, whose deep expertise supports our ambitious goal to transform supportive oncology care.
Job Summary: Clinical Partnerships Manager
This is Tono’s first commercial hire. We are looking for a Strategic Builder-Operator to architect our sales engine in the NYC Metro area and beyond.
This role combines the high-velocity execution of pharma field sales with the strategic relationship building of enterprise tech sales. You are not just running a route; you are building an ecosystem.
We are looking for someone who can grind in the field—visiting clinics and solving workflow bottlenecks—but who is equally comfortable "meeting them where they are." Whether that means working the floor at a national conference, hosting a dinner for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), or navigating a complex health system partnership, you are the face of Tono’s growth.
The role responsibilities are 50% field execution, 30% strategic partnerships, 20% systems building.
1. Field execution
- High-Velocity Outreach: Maintain a consistent presence in high-priority Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Oncology clinics across the Tri-State area.
- Consultative Activation: You aren't just dropping off brochures. You are consulting with practice managers to optimize their referral workflows, onboarding them to Tono Connect, and embedding Tono as their default dermatology partner.
- Drive Utilization: Monitor referral patterns and re-engage clinics to ensure ongoing adoption and provider satisfaction.
2. Ecosystem building
- Meet Them Where They Are: Execute a multi-channel strategy. Identify and attend the conferences, society meetings, mixers, and dinners where clinical decision-makers congregate.
- Conference Strategy: Represent Tono at regional and national events (e.g., ASCO, local Medical Society meetings). You will work the floor, generate leads, and build Tono’s brand presence.
- Enterprise Navigation: Move beyond the front desk. Build relationships with Medical Directors, referral managers, and Clinical Leads to drive system-wide adoption rather than just single-clinic usage.
3. Architect the commercial playbook
- Build the Playbook: Document what works. You will create the "Tono Sales Standard", defining our pitch, our objection handling, and our segmentation strategy.
- Data & Infrastructure: Implement and manage our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track both high-volume field visits and long-cycle enterprise relationships.
- Future Leadership: Assist in designing the organizational structure, recruiting, and mentoring the next cohort of territory representatives as we scale.
Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare sales (Pharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, or Provider Relations), Partnerships, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven Top Performer: Track record of ranking in the top 10% of your sales force (President’s Club, Circle of Excellence, etc.).
- The "Builder" Mindset: You are tired of bureaucracy and want to build a department from scratch. You are comfortable operating independently without a pre-written manual.
- Strong Local Network: Deep knowledge of the NY/NJ provider landscape (health systems, independent practices, urgent cares).
- Conference & Networking Pro: You are comfortable working a booth, navigating a conference hall, and building relationships outside of the clinic walls.
- Tech-Forward: Proficiency with CRM tools and modern tech stacks; ability to sell a digital platform (Tono Connect).
- Excellent Communication: Ability to build trust quickly with physicians, practice managers, and front-desk staff.
Compensation & Benefits
Target Salary: $120,000+ and performance bonuses
- Performance Incentives: Bonuses are tied to clinic activation, platform adoption, and system-building milestones (strictly compliant with federal/state regulations).
Meaningful equity
Medical benefits
Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling, mission-driven organization
Opportunity to lead marketing for what could become one of the most iconic healthcare brands of our time
Personal Characteristics
Integrity and trust: A trusted confidant to the founders, able to handle sensitive information and make decisions aligned with Tono’s values. Startup mindset: Positive, curious, adaptable, and driven to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to compete and win: You don’t just want to participate in the market; you want to dominate it. You measure success by results and refuse to settle for second place.
Bias to action: Comfortable with ambiguity and urgency, with a natural inclination to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Prioritized and organized: Skilled at managing a packed schedule and prioritizing effectively to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Relentless drive for excellence: Holds themselves and others to the highest standards, continually seeking improvement and delivering exceptional results.
Desire to work with the best: Motivated by collaborating with top-tier talent in a high-performance, mission-driven environment.
Location preference: Strong preference for New York City-based candidates for proximity to Tono’s clinical, engineering, and business teams.

Biz2Credit is launching a new small-business credit card, and we are hiring a Director of Credit Card Risk Strategy to build and scale the risk engine that powers the product. This role sits within the Risk organization and focuses on designing and executing the fraud and credit strategies required to safely grow a new card portfolio.
You will own fraud and credit risk strategy across the full lifecycle, partner with Data Science on model development, work with product and engineering to implement rules and logic, and collaborate with vendors who support fraud detection, identity verification, and credit decisioning. This is a hands-on, analytics-driven role for someone who has built or scaled card risk systems before.
Key Responsibilities
Fraud Risk Strategy & Analytics

- Build and optimize fraud rules, signals, and decisioning logic
- Partner with Data Science to develop or enhance fraud models
- Monitor fraud KPIs, emerging patterns, and loss trends to adjust strategy
- Work with fraud vendors and platforms to implement rules, workflows, and detection capabilities
Credit Risk Strategy & Analytics
- Own credit line assignment, credit line increases (CLI), credit line decreases (CLD), and ongoing credit monitoring
- Develop and refine credit risk segmentation, cutoffs, and exposure strategies
- Partner with Data Science online assignment models and credit risk models
- Build dashboards and analytics to track credit performance, delinquencies, and portfolio trends
- Continuously optimize credit policies to balance growth and risk
Card Program Buildout & Scaling
- Contribute to building the fraud and credit risk foundation for a new credit card program
- Support scaling of the portfolio through iterative strategy, analytics, and model improvements
- Ensure risk systems, rules, and logic are implemented correctly across product, engineering, and vendor platforms
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, operations, and external vendors to launch and scale long duration programs
- Translate risk strategy into technical requirements for implementation
- Partner with compliance teams as needed; deep expertise not required, but familiarity with Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA, and UDAAP is helpful
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in credit card fraud risk, credit risk, risk analytics, or risk modeling
- Hands‐on experience with fraud lifecycle management: KYC, KYB, onboarding, transaction monitoring, disputes, chargebacks
- Experience with credit line strategy: limit assignment, CLI, CLD, and credit monitoring
- Strong analytics background; proficiency in SQL required, Python preferred
- Experience working with fraud and/or credit risk vendors and platforms (e.g., decision engines, fraud tools, KYC/KYB providers)
- Experience building or scaling risk strategies for a credit card program
- Ability to work cross functionally with product, engineering, data science, and vendors
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for credit cards; ability to partner with compliance teams
Who Thrives in This Role
- Someone who has built or scaled a credit card risk engine
- A fraud + credit strategist who is equally comfortable with rules, analytics, and models
- A hands-on operator who can design strategy and also dig into SQL
- Someone who enjoys cross-functional execution and long-term program building
- A risk expert who wants to shape the foundation of a new card product
At HelloFresh, we want to change the way people eat forever by offering our customers high-quality food and recipes for different meal occasions. Over the past 10 years, we've seen this mission spread around the world and beyond our wildest dreams. Now, we are a global food solutions group and the world's leading meal kit company, active in 18 countries across 3 continents. So, how did we do it? Our weekly boxes full of exciting recipes and fresh ingredients have blossomed into a community of customers looking for delicious, healthy, and sustainable options. The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor_, and Youfoodz.
The role
We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the vision for HelloFresh's Benefit Optimization platform—using intelligent technology to deliver the right benefit to the right customer at the right time.
You'll lead the Benefit Optimization squad—a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers on a mission to develop technology that delivers the best possible benefits to our customers. Together, you'll build the AI-powered engine that transforms how HelloFresh personalizes value across millions of customers. In this role, you will evolve HelloFresh's benefit delivery from generic offers to sophisticated ML-powered recommendations that understand customer preferences and drive intended actions—transparently and ethically. Your scope spans the entire customer journey: from first discovery, to reacquisition and active retention.
You will advocate for a customer-centric product philosophy: treating optimization as a tool for empowerment rather than behavioral manipulation. By working backwards from user needs, you will ensure our AI helps customers make better-informed decisions. This commitment to trust and transparency is our primary lever for growth; when customers feel truly understood, it naturally drives long-term retention, higher order frequency, and brand advocacy.
You will serve as the voice of the customer across data science, engineering, and marketing teams—translating ML capabilities into customer-first experiences while maintaining rigorous standards around transparency, privacy, and fairness.
What you'll do
- Own the vision and roadmap for benefit optimization across the entire customer lifecycle—evolving from basic segmentation to ML-powered systems that deliver the right offer to each customer at the right moment.
- Scale decision making on benefits across all markets and touchpoints, ensuring consistent experiences that customers understand and appreciate while navigating complex technical and operational challenges.
- Partner with data science to build ML models that predict what customers value—ensuring recommendations are relevant, timely, and fair across diverse customer segments.
- Define success metrics that balance customer outcomes (satisfaction, retention, engagement) with business goals (conversion, LTV, discount efficiency)—measuring what matters for both customers and the company.
- Drive cross-functional alignment as a single-threaded leader across Tribes and Alliances—connecting Commercial, Marketing, CRM, and Growth teams around a unified benefit strategy.
What you'll bring
- Strategic ML Product Leadership: 6+ years of PM experience (Senior/Staff level) with a proven track record of architecting and scaling personalization engines or recommendation systems that move the needle for millions of users across multiple markets.
- Technical Fluency & Data Partnership: A deep-seated ability to partner with Data Science and ML Engineering teams; you are as comfortable discussing model performance, feature engineering, and causal inference as you are defining a product vision.
- Commercial & Subscription Acumen: A sophisticated understanding of subscription economics—specifically how pricing dynamics, promotional logic, and personalized offers impact LTV and churn—allowing you to balance business growth with user value.
Interacting with front-end developers, designers, product managers and our teams around the world is very much part of our day-to-day, so communication skills are vital. We are looking for strong problem-solvers who can apply their engineering skills to a wide range of platforms and environments, while also acting as an ambassador to coach team members and stakeholders.
You'll get...
- Competitive salary, 401k with company match that vests immediately upon participation, and company equity plan based on role
- Generous PTO, including sabbatical, and parental leave of up to 16 weeks
- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment
- Tuition reimbursement for continuing education
- Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_)
- Access to 7 different Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including those for BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+
- Inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven company that is disrupting the traditional food supply chain
This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities. However, the Company reserves the right to adjust, modify, or reassign work tasks and responsibilities as needed to meet changing business needs, operational requirements, or other factors.
New York Pay Range
$200,000—$250,000 USD
This position is also eligible for the HelloFresh equity plan.
