Patient population will include those with general cardiovascular disease/conditions, heart failure, and structural heart disease. The APP will work in collaboration with physicians and advanced practice providers, collecting and documenting data, conducting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ordering and scheduling laboratory studies and professional consultations, and providing direct patient care services. The position is part-time (20 hours per week). Primary hours will be Monday through Friday with hours flexible to meet the needs of the patients and the division.Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Take patient histories, conduct physical examinations, and record data in the patient's record; write progress notes; prepare patient workups and summaries noting pertinent positive and negative findings; obtain psychosocial history relevant to patient care, and assume responsibility for developing therapeutic relationships with patients.

• Physician Assistants: Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program. A Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred.

Certification

• ACLS prior to or within 3 months of employment.

• BLS required.

License

• Nurse Practitioners: Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. BLS required. National certification as a NP required.

A hospital near Durham, NC is seeking a BC and experienced NP Hospitalist.

The staffing structure includes 1 physician and 1 APP during the day, splitting patients, and 1 APP at night.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex, multiyear commercial agreements, including inbound and outbound IP licenses, professional services arrangements, and hardware sales contracts.
• Manage international negotiations, effectively navigating diverse cultural and legal environments and overseeing local counsel outside the U.S.
• Oversee open‐source licensing strategy and compliance across products and services.
• Structure, review, and negotiate procurement agreements with key vendors.
