Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize executive calendar planning around key production milestones, sprint reviews, cross-team syncs, and partner engagements.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities with production, engineering, creative, and operations teams to maintain alignment across workstreams.
• Oversee operational logistics including travel coordination, distribution list management, onboarding support, offsite planning, and executive event coordination.

Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of experience supporting Director or Senior Director-level leaders in complex organizational environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft tools including MSExpense, Employee Central, SharePoint, MSTravel, and Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience managing complex executive calendars and coordinating milestone-based workstreams.
• Experience supporting project planning, event planning, space management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous and deadline-driven environments.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence when working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in gaming, technology, film production, or live service environments preferred; familiarity with tools such as Jira is a plus.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design new and revise existing tools and fixtures for assembly, test, and inspection
• Create test protocols for qualifying new products and assemblies
• Develop and document IQ, OQ, PQ and maintenance protocols for new equipment and fixtures
• Develop and implement automation/semi-automation equipment and fixtures
• Participate in Material Review Board, evaluate and disposition discrepant material, conduct failure root cause analysis, develop rework and repair methods, identify and document corrective and preventative action
• Create engineering design and process change orders with required documentation, technical justification/change effects analysis, and impact to operations
• Create, document, and conduct training and certifications for fixture/equipment operation, and critical methods
• Revise existing product designs for improvement or new line extensions
• Develop test equipment and methods for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic devices and systems

Salary range for this position is $120k-$145k per year which is the general base range for a successful candidate in the State of Washington. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors such as skills, qualifications and experience.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting and advancing construction projects throughout all phases of planning, design, bidding, construction and closeout. This position exercises independent judgment, analytical thinking and proactive problem solving to ensure projects remain aligned with scope, schedule and budget objectives.

The Associate Project Manager partners closely with Project Managers and Project Administrator while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, demonstrating initiative, strong organizational capacity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Design Support

·        Coordinate preparation of internal project documentation in support of Construction Management and Project Management teams.

·        Assist in defining scope, budget, and schedule for assigned projects.

·        Support the design and permitting process, including drawing review, permit application preparation, and value engineering.

·        Apply construction divisions and category codes to budgets and bid packages as applicable.

Bidding, Documentation & Project Controls

·        Prepare bid comparisons, accurately summarizing project scope and comparative costs to past projects.

·        Oversee organization and tracking of project components, including submittals, RFIs, bid packages, project schedules, and change orders.

·        Partner with the Project Administrator to review and process required paperwork and documentation from contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, including contracts, certificates of insurance, proposals, and lien releases.

Financial Administration, Closeout & Compliance

·        Partner with the Project Administrator to process invoices and payment applications for review and approval.

·        Monitor billing accuracy, contract reconciliation, and compliance with lien waiver requirements.

·        Support and help facilitate the project closeout process, ensuring projects are closed out in a timely and comprehensive manner.

·        Support the needs and requirements of the Company and adhere to established project management methods, procedures, and quality objectives.

Seasonal Parks Laborers perform general labor tasks as assigned to contribute to the development and maintenance of City public grounds and moorage facility.

Each Laborer works as part of a team to conduct routine maintenance and park development which includes cleaning restrooms, picnic shelters, and other City facilities as well as opening and closing parks daily, addressing customer concerns as they arise, collecting garbage, and picking up litter. Depending on the team of assignment, the Seasonal Laborers perform their work under supervision to maintain park landscaping, turf, sport fields, trees, boardwalks, buildings, equipment, and natural areas undergoing habitat restoration. Please note the specific tasks listed below.

All Laborers positions will operate vehicles, equipment, and a variety of hand and small power tools as required to complete their assigned tasks.

Essential Duties

• Hand mows spaces not accessible by tractor-mowers.
• Trims grass and cuts weeds with an edger or weed eater.
• Raking leaves, spreading sand and soil, installing park benches and cleaning the docks.
• Waters vegetation on City facility grounds.
